“The rooms where clean and the staff were nice ”

“A friendly face greeted us when we arrived. Was a welcoming room and very quiet. Would recommend for anyone to stay and I will stay again.”

“We have stayed here several times and we are always pleased. The stay was equally as good this time, however, we paid for a walk in shower room and were provided a room with a tub. I messaged the hotel through Expedia but have not heard from them. I am slightly disappointed this time around.”

“The staff charged me for the room instead of just the deposit and then gave me attitude when I informed them the room was paid through Expedia in full area. There excuse was that “third party bookings” give them a hard time. That is no excuse to double charge me and just try to hand me room keys like all is well. All is not well.
