“Everything was perfect!”

“The room was clean, the staff was great and helpful, the breakfast was great as well and delicious. The pool could use tending to multiple times a day as it was quite dirty and foggy.”

“The room was clean and the bathroom was very nice with ample towels. The liquid soap dispensers and lotion were nice. There were no closets, just numerous hooks to hang your clothes. Poor bed pillows. After returning to our room late, our TV didn't work. A young man came and tried to get it to work, but nothing! During check-out the desk person said it was noted to be looked at/repaired. When I inquired about any consideration for the non-functioning tv she said she couldn't but I could inquire...

“The top covers had cigarette burn holes. Sheets were stained and the manager refused to change the sheets. We asked to switch rooms. He wouldn't even do that. He was very rude and just walked away.”
