“I booked a room and paid extra for a lake view. The front desk guy was very nice but when we get to our room there was no lake view, we got a parking lot view instead. I went downstairs to see if we can get another room with a lake view but none was available. He gave us coupons for a free drink and free breakfast for two, which wasn’t that good by the way. My son threw up after eating it.
Anyway, overall this hotel is ok, clean and nice but I wouldn’t stay there again.”

“Premetto che l’hotel e la stanza sono carini e tenuti bene , l’unico appunto è relativo al discorso “angolo cottura” . Ho scelto la stanza con la cucina e mi sono trovata una stanza praticamente identica a quella senza con la differenza di un lavandino e una piastra ad induzione con un fornello.
Zero sedie zero tavolino, della serie cucini poco e mangi sul letto oppure in piedi . Non è assolutamente giustificabile la differenza di prezzo per i servizi di questa ipotetica cucina . Abbiamo chiesto...

“The room was clean, but there is a mildew smell. The staff is not very helpful and charged the wrong person and simply said there was nothing they could do about it even though they were told to call if they had any issue. The staff at the front desk doesn’t seem to want to help you and just send you to a kiosk with somebody on the screen. And even when you try to find out who was working a different shift they say they have no idea because nobody was there when they got there. Very dismissive...
