“This is a nice property. We had a large room with plenty of space. The person who checked us in did a great job of explaining all of the amenities and the cookies are a nice touch. This hotel gives you a lot of value and extras that you have to pay for other places. They partner with Denny's for breakfast and it is nice that you get a hot cooked breakfast or you can also choose to upgrade with $10 towards any other menu item if you don't want the included choice. “Very attentive staff. We had trouble with neighbors loud at 3:30 am & that got handled quickly by security once we called, then the next morning they gave us a new room. Good location. Comfortable rooms. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in Salem!”

“If you’re sensitive to strong, perfumy scents, this is not the hotel for you. There are multiple air fresheners throughout the hallways that spray frequently. There was even one that spreyed in the elevator. While there weren’t any air fresheners plugged into the rooms themselves, a strong fragrance would rush in every time the door was opened. Simply walking from my room to the car made my eyes water and triggered an immediate migraine.”

“This is really a boarding house. The bathroom was dirty , the for if hamburger cooking, and a non secure entry door left us with no choice but to find another hotel for the night. We were told by Brenda the hotel Manager that we would get a refund back from Expedia, but now Expedia says the hotel will not provide the refund to pass on.
