"The door to our room was not secure. There was a gap at the bottom and top of the door where light from the hallway was coming in. The security latch was completely broken. "The property was clean and as advertised, and the host was professional, kind, responsive and thoughtful, with lots of useful things left for us in the property such as water bottles and detergent. And the property itself was of course amazing."
