“I can’t say enough about our 4-day stay at the Clearwater Marriott Resort on Sand Key! From the moment we arrived, the staff made our experience truly special.
Taylor and Taryn were amazing — attentive, personable, and incredibly friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and made us feel so welcome. The staff member at the check-in desk was also very helpful and friendly (I’m sorry I can’t remember their name!).

“Abbiamo trovato delle cimici da letto in camera,alle 2.30 del mattino abbiamo richiesto un cambio camera e nessuno ci e venuto ad aiutare coi bagagli ne con la bambina che dormiva nel letto,trasferito tutto da soli senza nemmeno un briciolo di scuse, al momento del check out l’ho segnalato e hanno detto che controllavano,my apologies e stop!terribilmente decaduto (ero stata 4 anni fa)!”

“The main pool had not been cleaned at all in the 3 days that we were there. There was tons and tons of things from trees floating everywhere in the pool. It was so bad that myself and other guest asked for a net so that we could clean up. But there wa sjust so much that it awful.”

None of the ice machines were functioning when we stayed there which required us to walk all the way around the property to go to the front lobby to get ice. It’s looking a little worn around the edges. The stairwells and the balconies need attention.”
