“Clean rooms, friendly staff”

“Check in was a breeze, and the staff were more than understanding with a family emergency we had going on. Abbie, at the front desk, went above and beyond to help us and make us feel comfortable. The rooms have been remodeled and are clean. The beds were soft and i was comfortable, but some in my party prefered the harder couch.
