“The room was too hot the entire stay and we had to keep asking for towels etc for our daughter who was in the room with us. Other than that, it’s a good hotel, well located and with lots of inclusions. ”

“Amazing location for skiing. Very comfortable hotel to stay in, huge rooms and fantastic views. Breakfast is great but all other hospitality areas lack atmosphere and quality service. Check in is long and complicated. Definitely not the high standard of experience expected at a normal Hyatt.”

“酒店位於果松滑雪服務中心側，十分方便。 職員Seven對工作熱誠、主動，值得一讚！ 可是酒店提供的自助早餐比較差，食物種類太少，很多食物都不熱又不凍，如豆漿、中式包點、炒米粉等，很難接受。 晚餐只希望客人吃自助餐，但食物都是冷冷的，吃剩了又不會添加的。廚房不願意煮，只勸你吃自助餐，後來要酒店職員幫忙，煮房才願意煮⋯”

“Don’t be fooled by the Westin branding. Classic domestic hotel: looks good from a distance but rooms too hot and too dry, no way to control heating, fixtures and fittings falling apart, horrible smells coming from the plumbing, poor cleanliness, offensively bad coffee etc. Honestly, I suspect it’s no better or worse than the neighbouring hotels, just giving an honest review from a European perspective. Staff were very friendly though, and it’s very close to the ski area. Good restaurants...
