“スタッフの方々は皆優しく、フレンドリー且つ丁寧な対応でした。早く到着しましたが、アーリーチェックインしてくれたし、午後4時くらい発の飛行機だったため、ホテルの方がレイトチェックアウトにしてもいいと言ってくださいました。部屋は綺麗で掃除が行き届いていて、とても居心地が良かったです。唯一の難点は、コンセントの差し込みがうまく行かず、解決するのに時間がかかりました。”

“It's a good value for money business hotel. Rooms are small but everything is in order. The hotel is next to the beautiful Al Hamra building and shopping centre which can offer plenty of good restaurants (and a cinema!). I will definitely come back here for my next business trip to Kuwait”

“Hello, We stayed 2 night, the room, breakfast, clealiness were all good. At the check out, we were late and requested 30 more minutes to pack up and get ready (soon after breafast). The late working (june 15th at 11am) said they could not provide late check out. We insisted we just needed a few more minutes, so in a very rude manner she pushed back saying we were placing her in a bad spot, she was not the owner and those were her instructions.
