Vi havde et fantastisk ophold på hotellet. Hotellet er så fint, hyggeligt og flot indrettet. Alt er super rent. Morgenmaden er meget lækker. De gjorde alt for at gøre vores ophold bedst mulig. Personalets service er meget ud over det sædvanlige. Tusind tak for alt.

Very bad. We had booked four nights, but as soon as we arrived (due to a canceled return flight), we asked to cancel the last night. No understanding. So we asked to exchange the cost of the last night we didn't stay for additional hotel services. No way. They said hotels.com and Expedia should take care of it, not them. Truly awful. Just as awful as hotels.com and Expedia. Two real disappointments. They didn't cover anything. A terrible experience.
