“Room was musty and carpets were filthy. Toilet didn’t work, maintenance came and filled the tank with the bathroom garbage can and said he fixed it yet it just kept running. The building needs a key card to enter it which is great for safety yet the door needs to actually close to be secure we had to hulk it closed to get it to close and lock.
We felt unsafe and immediately left, didn’t even unpack or ask for a refund. Went down the road to a much cleaner and safer location that had an even...

“The staff was very kind and the room was okay. My only complaints were there was a very loud train nearby and the floors were really gross. We weren’t able to take our shoes off and when we did fresh out of the shower when we didn’t know, our feet were black. ”
