“The room was very spacious, clean, and the location was great. We were able to walk everywhere. The hotel staff were wonderful, they had great recommendations on where to ear and what to do. I would highly recommend this hotel, I would definitely come back when visiting Salem again.”

“The microwave in the room had an inside that was peeling off and dangling. It had clearly not been checked in a very long time. The bathtub backed up when I used the shower and was up to my ankles. There were no tissues in the tissue box or body wash, or conditioner in the shower. When we walked into the room it smelled like someone had been smoking. We arrived after 6pm and there was still no room ready and when we inquired they said they were "short staffed", however no one called me to tell...
