“The staff is amazing here and work hard to make everyone feel happy and comfortable. As happens when a place is lived in after awhile though, things start to get wear and tear and build up some dirt. Typical hotel slight dirtiness & wear in the rooms, not as pristine as when it was first opened.”

“We had a wonderful time staying in Holiday Inn in West Chester.Very clean and neat room/hotel,friendly front desk staff,very nice ,professional housekeeper lady ,very friendly hospitality,loved your breakfast/my son loved your pancakes .We loved going to your perfect size heated pool every evening.Excellent!!!”
