“The building and the room were very nice. Breakfast was good. I barely slept. The AC unit was noisy as an old car without a muffler. Knowing that the solution was a change of room, I wasn't in the mood of dressing again and repack, so I didn't complaint to the house desk until we checked out, and, of course, their answer was that I should have complained that night. My point was that they shouldn't have given us a room with a know issue like that in the first place.”

“We picked this property because it was near enough to a festival / concert my partner and I were attending in the area and the hotel seemed to offer a considerable value for the reasonable room rate. Upon arrival, we understood why the rate was attractive -- the property appeared to have been largely neglected, at least in terms of the grounds and gardening.
