Welcome to "Les Petits riens"! A warm house composed of two independent cottages (one on the first floor, the other on the first floor)<br><br>You are at the entrance to Balazuc, a medieval village nestled in the cliffs, classified as one of the most beautiful in France.<br><br>It is there, 5 minutes walk from the historic center, restaurants/shops and 10 minutes from its riverside beach, that your cocoon is located.<br><br>It has been carefully designed to offer you all the little things that make you feel at home while respecting our ecological values.<br><br>- Housing -<br><br>You are on the first floor and have private and exclusive access to a beautiful outdoor area for your barbecues or Molkyy parties.<br>The garden is fenced, animals are welcome at Les Petits riens!<br><br>Inside, a spacious space of 80m2 awaits you. You will discover an air-conditioned living room open to the outside, a fully equipped kitchen with oven and dishwasher, two comfortable bedrooms, a cocooning winter garden with office space (very good internet speed), a modern bathroom with washing machine, separate toilet.<br><br>The furniture and decoration have been entirely bargain-hunted, manufactured or bought from eco-responsible brands (this is particularly the case for the bedding for maximum comfort).<br><br>By the way, on the sleeping side, you will find in the first bedroom a double bed of 140x200, in the second two single beds of 90x190 that we can join with mattress topper on request. <br><br>Beds are made on arrival and towels as well as basic products (shower gel, oil, salt, etc.) are provided.<br><br>- On request - <br><br>For your convenience, several options are available - please let us know at the time of booking or a few days before your visit at the latest so that we can prepare them for you:<br><br> > Baby equipment (free option)<br>We have a travel cot, a high chair and a baby bath for parents who wish, just ask us! The sheets for the baby bed are to be brought by you.<br><br>> Electric vehicle charging socket (paid option)<br>We have installed a reinforced socket equipped with a meter outside to allow you to charge your electric vehicles. A flat rate of €5 / day will be requested in advance to cover your electricity expenses, an adjustment will take place at the end of your stay. (depending on actual consumption, €0.3/kW)<br><br>> Double bed in the second bedroom (free option)<br>From 4 holidaymakers, the two single beds can be pushed together with mattress toppers and sheets adapted to best suit the composition of your group<br><br>- The surroundings -<br><br>For activity lovers, there are many possibilities on site: kayak rental, hiking/walking, greenways, swimming, fossil museum, etc.<br><br>You are also ideally placed to visit the Ardèche and its gorges with many sites nearby (Vogüe and its castle, the climbing and hiking site of the Cirque de Gens de Ruoms, Vallont Pont d'Arc, the Chauvet Cave, etc.)<br><br>- Other remarks -<br>The gîtes les petits riens are adjoining and can accommodate another group at the same time as you. The accommodations are completely independent (only the parking area at the entrance of the house is common to the two gîtes) and allow you to enjoy in peace and quiet in the calm and respect of everyone.<br><br>The shops and restaurants in the village are open from April to October.<br><br>See you soon!
