“Horrible experience - never stay here. I arrived at 11pm, took long time for staff to let me in despite saying it had a 24hr hotel desk. The staff working was very confused and indicated that I had already checked in. He could not find the key and then knocked on the door that was supposed to be my room, there were other guests staying there that have been checked in earlier. There were no other rooms to accommodate me, and there was no solution provided to find me an alternate location to stay....

“Friendly staff, feels more like a Club resort than a top end hotel. Clearly serves the conference crowd over luxury clientele. Wallpaper peeling in the room, inconsistent housekeeper service (I called 3 times about the turndown service)”

“I checked in desperately needing rest and asked for a quiet room and the head of my bed was next to the elevator shaft! Ugh! The hotel staff did apologize and make amends and now I know to look out for that in the future. I was over the moon with the view of the room which over looked the courtyard and had a cute faux fireplace and couch in it. The bed's very comfortable. The pillows were great as well. The patio has a great happy hour (I think it's a great OC secret) but be careful to ask...
