    Dune Good è la casa delle vacanze per te se sogni di goderti panorami sereni sull'oceano! Grandamente posizionato sulla Duna Ridge dell'isola, questa oasi tranquilla dista appena un minuto a piedi dall'accesso alla spiaggia. Con un piano di piano inverso, questo quattro camere da letto / 4. Casa con 5 bagni dispone di tre suite al primo piano, ciascuna con bagno privato. Due delle camere offrono letti matrimoniali e la terza ha due letti singoli.

    Prendi le scale o l'ascensore fino al secondo piano, dove le incredibili viste sull'oceano, la luminosa apertura e il soffitto sospeso ti toglieranno il fiato. La cucina, la sala da pranzo e le aree di vita si confluiscono l'una nell'altra. La cucina, con il suo ampio ripiano in granito, l'isola di preparazione e gli elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, è progettata sia per il lusso che per la comodit����. La sala da pranzo pu�� ospitare comodamente sei, con più posti disponibili presso il bar per la colazione. L'ampio spazio di seduta è ancorato da comodi mobili in pelle e un camino a gas.

    Questo livello mostra anche una spaziosa camera da letto matrimoniale con un letto king size, una propria area salotto, un bagno spa-like aggiornato e accesso privato al portico. Questo portico (e quello sottostante) offre oasi tranquille per prendere il sole o fare un pisolino all'ombra mentre la brezza dell'oceano ondeggia sull'amaca.

Excellent Stay

Lovely well appointed professionally decorated home that had everything we needed. The views are stunning.. felt like we were on a cruise ship . Very convenient to beautiful south beach access. Plenty of covered porch space with comfy chairs to gather , and plenty of beach chairs and towels. Would love to come back to this home! This was our 25th visit and one of our all time fave homes. Nice location on the dune with views of the ocean and a breeze. The house is well-stocked with beach and kitchen items, bikes, and everything we needed. Clean and well taken care of and overall in excellent condition. Easy walk or bike ride to beach access just a couple of hundred yards away. The property management company responded immediately when a golf cart had a flat tire. They fixed it up and dropped it off at the house in less than an hour.

Dune Good Is Darn Good!

The front covered porch is the perfect spot for morning coffee and an evening glass of wine. We love the view of the ocean from the porch out front, as well as the view of the dune ridge out the back. The elevator makes moving in and out a breeze. Great kitchen, wonderful master suite, and just a short walk to the beach. Well maintained over the years, always clean, and the Wendy Wilmot folks are such a pleasure to work with. A real gem!

July 2018 Stay

This was our second time to stay at Dune Good. We were disappointed with this trip. The golf carts were horrible, would have preferred a 4 seat cart and 6 seat cart. The power is very low on both carts even when fully charged. One cart quit working before we even left the driveway. The gas grill did not work, empty tank when we first arrived and after changing it out, would still not fire and with a broken knob on the front. One of the rocking chairs in the patio was also broken. This is the first vacation home that we have rented that did not have beach towels or kitchen towels for cleaning. We love the island but will not return to Dune Good on our next visit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Second year in a row we have enjoyed a weeks vacation at Dune Good. Wonderful property, always clean and well maintained. The only issue was the upstairs AC which we had a problem getting the temperature down. Customer service sent several people over to try and fix the issue, even an AC repairman on July 4th, but the AC would not cool below 73 degrees. It was tolerable with fans in the bedroom and we appreciated them trying. Everything else was great. Our grandkids loved the pool and riding around in the golf carts. Another wonderful week at Dune Good.

July 2017 Stay

Our 3rd year at BHI and second at Dune Good. Love the house and the location. Has always been so clean and inviting for our family. As last year we had problems with the cooling of the upstairs area, especially the kitchen and living area but this year was worse. Couldn't get the nighttime temp below 74 degrees no matter where the Nest thermostat was set. Uncomfortable for the master bedroom. We contacted Wendy Wilmot rentals after the first night and they sent over several people, including a heating/cooling repairman right away but still had issues at night with the warmer temperatures. Hopefully they will be able to correct this problem. We dealt with it and still had a wonderful week at BHI. Very impressed with the service we received from WW Realty during our stay. Looking forward to next year!

November 2016 Stay

We very much enjoyed spending Thanksgiving at Dune Good. The house was very clean and ready for our arrival; we loved the views and the location - this is our 15th year at BHI. The interaction with your firm via email, web and app was very efficient. While we were there, we did have some issues. The electricity was not working in one of the bedrooms; we submitted a request via the app which was responded to quickly but we had already fixed the issue at the breaker box. One of the garage doors would not go up with the opener so we did it manually; no one ever responded to this request. Neither of the garage remotes worked. Lastly, none of the was very hot or stayed hot. Couple of suggestions - provide some instructions for the Nest thermostat. Also, all of the houses that we have rented have a 4 and 6 seat cart which helps with runs to the store and when friends come to visit. All in all we really enjoyed it and plan to rent Dune Good this summer. We will back in touch once we look at calendars.

Even in August heat, as long as there was a breeze from the ocean, you could sit there or relax in hammock all day. Nice assortment of working bikes. Plenty of chairs, beach toys, etc. Location is central and quick to market, Marina, and East Beach. We like to try different houses, but our family would happily return to Dune Good! p.s. The Wendy Wilmont Phone App came in handy many times. Nice touch!

We had a total of four adults and four teens and it was the perfect size to fit all of us. Every dealing we had with the property management team was awesome, so accommodating, so personal, so friendly. Although I'd like to keep Bald Head "our little secret", so it doesn't become too crowded, I can't help but tell everyone I know that they'll need to visit. Thanks for everything! Keep Your Guests Informed!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived several days after Huricane Joaquin had deposited 15 inches of rain over a three day period. While no one was to blame for the weather, we felt extremely disappointed that no one had contacted us to make us aware of the conditions on the island. We kept hearing "There was some water on the Wynds." That is like saying Niagara Falls is a stream.Upon arrival, water was flooding the trams and we had to have our feet up on the seat in front of us, as water was flooding into the floor of the tram. At the property we were to stay in, water was up to my husband's knees. We couldn't get in the property and had to ride in the tram for thirty minutes while alternative plans were made. There had been no communication to us on how bad the conditions were and that things were closed down due to the amount of standing water. Better communication should be a goal in these types of situations. Those of us who don't live on the island, don't know what to expect. Making us aware of the conditions, and allowing us to decide If we stil want to come, in spite of those conditions, is only the right thing to do. We were very disappointed with the lack of communication.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed there 4 times. Cottage great, but master bedroom mattress is terrible. Used foam rubber on top of mattress to cover up broken mattress. Did not work. Not much of a vacation when you cannot sleep. Had been told mattress had been fixed from previous stay. It had not.
