Benvenuti a Hay Ya'll sull'isola di Bald Head

"Hay Y'all" è l'ultima casa di lusso su Bald Head Island! Siamo situati nella foresta marittima sul sentiero di Fort Holmes. Siamo a meno di due minuti di viaggio in carrozza verso South Beach e le Merritime Shops. Abbiamo un totale di 5 camere da letto e 3 bagni con entrambe le master suite con letti king size. Le altre due camere private hanno letti queen size e la quinta camera ha due gemelli. La grande sala e una delle camere da letto della regina sono dotate di Playstation 4 e Xbox 360. Tutti i materassi nelle camere king e queen hanno materassi in schiuma di memoria. Ci sono anche due sedie nella zona giorno principale che si aprono su due letti singoli. C'è spazio per l'intera famiglia e molto altro! La cucina, sala da pranzo e soggiorno sono al piano di sopra con un piano piano aperto. La cucina è molto ben fornita e non è stato guardato nulla. Ci sono un totale di tre portici (due dei quali sono schermati) uno dei quali è un portico privato al largo della suite padronale con vista sul campo da golf e il nostro cortile recintato! Il cortile sul retro è anche trattato per le zanzare! Abbiamo un sacco di attrezzi da spiaggia, scarpe da cavallo, buche di mais, due-quattro golf cart, biciclette e wifi. L'iscrizione al Club BHI è anche disponibile per l'acquisto che include l'accesso alla piscina. Sappiamo che avrai l'esperienza più divina nella nostra bella casa!

We had a great week at Hay Yall. The house was great and perfect location as it was just minutes from anywhere. The property management was very responsive when concerns arose. Golf carts were great!

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

This was the perfect family vacation spot. The house was very comfortable and well equipped and located in a quiet area with plenty of shade. The two screened porches were were great. The golf carts were in great condition. There were several bikes for all ages. We have stayed at Baldhead before and would definately choose Hay Ya'll for a return visit.

Friends vacation

Overall we had a good experience! The inside of the house was very clean but the outdoor areas like the large porches, fire pit area, outdoor shower, and beach chairs all were dirty and could use a power wash! Most of the bikes were rusted with flat tires unfortunately!

Wonderful home with excellent furnishings & decor!

This was one of my absolute favorite Bald Head Island homes! The location was very good (but a little tricky to navigate at dark until you know your way around). The home was very clean & very well appointed with an incredible coffee station (Keurig & nespresso & regular drip!). The beds were perfect! It was nice to have a sofa with room for everyone from grandmother to little ones. The porch was so nice! We didn’t get a chance to use it much because in Aug it is so hot & humid at Bald Head lol! But in the Fall & Spring I imagine it would be amazing to sit out there (we may have to return in Fall to try it out lol!)

Hay Y'All

Hay Y'all has a great layout and is well equipped. We had all of the cooking appliances we needed and then some. The golf carts were in great conditional and the cleaning crew did a fantastic job. We had everything we needed for a week with family including our 2yr old twin grandsons. Plenty of places to enjoy family or sneak off for some alone time. I highly recommend.

Great place to stay!

Great family fun at a great location! It has been years since we’ve been to Bald Head. Despite some rain we were able to make great memories. We’re already discussing our next trip over. Can’t wait!

Perfect Spot

We rented based upon the rave reviews we saw. We concur completely with everyone who talked about how great the house is. The kitchen is a bit small, but absolutely worked for our group of 9. Lots of living space inside and out. Beds were SUPER comfortable. Management company was very responsive. We intend to return next year!!!

Great home base for our golf trip.

Our group does an annual golf trip. This year we visited bald head island. We enjoyed the house and everything was clean, comfortable and easy to use. The golf carts were awesome for transporting our group to all of the island destinations. Thanks!

Loved it!

The house is decorated so cute and modern! They put effort into so many details and it shows. The kitchen was fully stocked for 10 of us and outdoor seating was perfect. We loved the outdoor swing so much a few of us are buying it!

Thanksgiving

We had a great stay at this property. Great for a large family with several couples. The crofter is gorgeous and only a few steps from the kitchen. Kitchen was well equipped with everything needed for cooking and a thanksgiving dinner.

A comfortable house with all we needed

This home is in the maritime forest-it was our first time not staying close to the beach. We found the area to be much more humid and less bright in the house due to the trees. I had some clothes that I didn’t want in the dryer; after two days, my jean shorts still weren’t dry- nowhere sunny to hang them. The lighting is overhead if you wish to read in the living area- only two lamps, but they weren’t near the sofa. I love cozy curl up spots for reading, so I may be more on the extreme end for wanting lamps by my seating though. The TV was great- it is a smart tv and very sharp! There is a small wine fridge, nice microwave, DW, toaster, hot water Dispenser and fridge; the stove is electric. All worked well! Let’s of pots and pans, one 6 cup muffin pan, glass bakeware and many cooking utensils. There is need for a better potato peeler though!! Nice cutlery, though there were not enough forks- after every meal, we’d have to hand wash. If more than 8 stayed here, there would not be enough. There were beach towels, beach chairs, skim boards, corn hole, lots of board/family game (blokus, apples to apples, balderdash, chess, connect four..., books) there were many spices there- that lucky. That may not always be the case. We had thunderstorms the first two days; the front yard filled with water on the driveway; it was so high that you could only exit by golf cart. Definitely couldn’t walk through it until five days later. We were able to bike through it after two days. There were four bikes-maybe five? - not in great shape, but rideable. I was grateful to have ANY bike though😊. The beds had mattress toppers that were soft. There were troughs in the two master bedroom beds. I don’t know about the other three bedrooms as well. As for the property management, we had three light bulbs out, we called on Sunday morning and someone came by later that afternoon. Also, I had messaged the management before Leaving, asking if there was a smart tv, beach towels or bikes there. I was told that she thought the tv was smart but to bring a streaming device in case, and that there were no towels or bikes. So, we brought all that and then found we could’ve saved a lot Of packing room. It would be nice if the management had a more exact listing for each of the homes that they represent to accurately Inform renters. We bring so much ashore that any less packing would be appreciated. The house is sweet and fit our family-5 adults and 2 children
