    Villa 36 è un'esclusiva Villa con vista sull'oceano e sulla costa della Carolina del Nord! Questo ritiro �� il posto perfetto per prendere una settimana e lavorare da qui usando l'internet ad alta velocità o completamente disconnettere e concentrarsi sul perfezionare l'abbronzatura.

    A pochi passi dalla spiaggia, questa bellissima villa offre tre camere da letto e tre bagni, tra cui due master suite di livello principale e un soppalco, ognuno dotato di un proprio televisore a schermo piatto. Il livello principale ��� aperto e arioso con una cucina completamente attrezzata, un'accogliente sala da pranzo e un comodo soggiorno che offre una vista mozzafiato sull'oceano. Ci sono tre spazi all'aperto, tra cui un portico ombreggiato e un ponte intimo dove si può gustare una bevanda fredda mentre si guarda il tramonto sull'oceano.

    La villa è inoltre dotata di due golf car: quattro passeggeri e sei passeggeri.

    L'isola stessa ha 10.000 ettari di habitat protetti, tra cui le paludi e un'antica foresta marittima. Ospita anche le tartarughe marine nidificanti. Il Bald Head Island Conservancy offre la possibilit�� di vedere le tartarughe marine bambino si dirigono verso l'oceano da fine luglio a metà ottobre. L'Old Baldy, il più antico faro della Carolina del Nord, si trova anche sull'isola, cos������� come la casa delle idee 2017 di Southern Living. Inoltre, ci sono 14 miglia di spiagge e sentieri fantastici per correre, camminare, andare in bicicletta o fare escursioni

We love the villas at BHI, this one was well stocked and very clean. Mattresses were nice and great views.

Beautiful home!!

We rent multiple times a year for over 20 years and Wendy Wilmot provides the best service!! They provide very thoughtful touches and great information about what is happening on the island at the time of visit. This is our first time in one of the villas and loved it. This rental was extremely clean and newly updated, plus the location can't be beat.

Wonderful place to stay!

This house had everything you need to have a fabulous stay! We had a little trouble with our golf cart, but our rental group got right back with us and took care of it super fast. We couldn't ask for better customer service. We look forward to hopefully staying there again soon!

Stress free fun at BHI

This getaway was all that was described in the VRBO ad. Perfectly close to the beach and easy to get around everything that we needed on the island. I'm usually not a good sleeper, but had some peaceful nights of sleep in the very comfy king bed. My friends and I would definitely return

Perfect stay

My teen daughter and I came to BHI for Spring Break. The villa was perfect for us- very clean, well-appointed. It is beautifully decorated and we appreciated all the extras that made our beach days simple. We used the bikes and beach chairs and both were in working order. We initially had difficulty connecting to the internet but were able to get it resolved quickly.

Perfect time!

Wendy Wilmont Properties made sure we enjoyed our stay and we are so grateful for their quick communications and helpfulness with our trip! It was perfect!! We loved the roomy golf carts, bikes, fridge water filter and ice! The home was perfect size and loved the bathrooms connected to each room, all of the outdoor spaces to enjoy and seriously so close to walk to the beach. We will be back!! Thank you!!

Villa was situated overlooking small water with fish, turtles, birds and gator(s) and the ocean for beautiful sunsets. Villa was well stocked and clean and the two golf carts were a bonus for us. Only thing we missed was a kitchen/dining table to sit around and play games. Big table on deck but not usable in rain and cold.

Prefect location and Fabulous views

What a wonderful villa. As you enter the doors the views are breathtaking ✨️. The freshwater that surrounds and the vast ocean are so relaxing from the kitchen and living room. The special touches of the towel and mugs was so thoughtful as well. Home is stocked with kitchen essentials, games. Blankets, towels, and more. Wonderful overall layout and very clean. The golf carts are wonderful and much nicer and newer than other rentals we've stayed. A few things to note: the large king bed has a very hard mattress for those that prefer soft and you will notice some uneven flooring and settlement around the home. Front door is tricky and we never got it to lock but no complaints here. Will definitely stay again!!

August 2024 Stay

We enjoyed our stay at Villa 36. The unit is extremely well equipped and very tastefully decorated beds were comfortable nice linens and clean. Location of this particular unit is great as you can look straight out through a gap in the various units and see the water and from the upper deck you have a great view Golf carts we're nice and functional too. Only minor complaint is that the master bedroom sinks are very slow to drain. This has been mentioned in a prior review so hopefully it can be taken care of. If you have been to Bald Head Island and you love it then this is a great place to rent. If you have not been to Bald Head Island, the fact that nice dining restaurants are firewalled behind the need to get temporary guest memberships at either the Bald Head Island Club or Shoal Club is problematic. It is essentially a tourism tax that doesn't return value. We paid nearly $500 for the right to eat 3 times at the Bald Head Island Club. We did not use any of the other facilities. So, visitors beware.

Our party of 6 had a wonderful week at Villa 36! The villas was clean, the kitchen was well stocked and the living room furniture was very comfortable! We loved having 2 golf carts to get around separately when needed. The only negative we had was the sinks and shower in the master didn’t drain well but we would definitely stay in Villa 36 again!

Have stayed at many Villas on BHI over 30 years, this one stands out for its lovely and efficient interiors. Each bedroom is comfortable and well equipped w comforts like silent ceiling fans and plenty of outlets for charging. The kitchen had all the basic culinary equipment but also great small appliances and serving dishes. Really comfortable sofas for relaxing and a lovely picnic table overlooking the ocean make gatherings so enjoyable. We will rent this one again!

April 2023 Stay

This was our first time to Bald Head Island traveling as a couple for a quick getaway. We had a great experience during our stay. The home was well furnished with everything you could need to eat in. We enjoyed riding bikes provided at the villa and felt like we were in a location that we could bike or take a quick golf cart ride to. The beach was extremely convenient with multiple accesses nearby. Also enjoyed sunsets from the Villa's deck. The Villa was extremely clean, comfortable, and look forward to planning our next trip back!
