“A very quiet, clean, and comfortable hotel with a great location. A 10-minute walk to the Old Town and 5 minutes to the shopping mall. We stayed in the Deluxe Suite with two adults and two children. The room had a very comfortable double bed for the adults, and on the second floor of the suite there was a large space for the children with good separate beds. “All'inizio ci è stato dato un appartamento al I piano (un pò buio), ma successivamente Ilze si è tanto adoperata perché ottenessimo un appartamento più luminoso (al 6° piano-con ogni comfort). In questo appartamento abbiamo trascorso giornate in totale relax, consci della comodità dell'ambiente e della sua tranquillità. “Tra i vari di proprietà della agenzia mi è stato dato l'appartamento di 13.Janvara iela. L'appartamento si presenta pulito e ben servito di elettrodomestici tra cui lavatrice, ferro da stiro, microonde, bollitore (manca solo il phon). La posizione è centrale infatti in appena 5 minuti di passeggiata si raggiungono i punti storici di interesse, per le altre parti di Riga è possibile sfruttare il servizio di trasporto con numerose fermate proprio sotto casa. Personale cordiale e accogliente ”

“Our stay at the property was fantastic. It was a unique and individual stay. There was 5 of us there and it had plenty of room for us all. The communication on arrival was fantastic, and the man even informed us it could be noisy which it was but as we were aware of this it wasn’t a problem. I would more than recommend these apartments prime location. The gates downstairs were a little annoying as they on occasion were locked but again we was informed of this and shown the relevant keys etc....

“Siamo 4 amici e ci siamo ritrovati a Riga con 2° sopra lo zero e l'appartamento non aveva riscaldamento. L'impianto era staccato.Era dotato solo di una stufetta portatile che non poteva scaldare le 3 stanze grandi con soffitti di 4 metri. Siamo morti di freddo e l'host non ha risposto alle ns richieste. La pulizia era scarsa.In cucina non c'era possibilità di avere l'acqua calda. Vivamente sconsigliato.”

“The accommodation was good. A slightly unusual solution was that there was no sink in the bathroom — you had to wash your hands in the kitchen. However, this wasn't a problem. The rooms were clean, and everything necessary was provided. Communication with the host went smoothly. There were several small grocery stores in the area, a few burger places, and some brewpubs. The old town was a short distance away, and buses also ran along the same street.”
