“Place was great. Property manager was very helpful with any concern and questions prior and during our stay. First night, one of the bedrooms has no power. Property manager was able to send someone out to check out and fix the problem. Other than that, the property was huge and lots of room for the kids to play/run around in. Wish there was snow but that can’t be helped.”

“Very very disappointed, property is old and isn’t well taken care of . Microwave didn’t work , garbage disposal didn’t work , trash was left from guest prior , and this is the best part ... rodents came out frequently and scared everyone. There were mice droppings all over the house . Instead of hiding this information CoolCabinsBigBear should have advised customers prior to arrival.
