It is comfortably furnished and features a spacious air-conditioned living/dining area with an open fireplace, a couch, and a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the covered outdoor dining terrace. Additionally, there are three air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms with showers, and one bathroom with a bathtub.

Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.

Complimentary WiFi access is available. Free private parking for 4 vehicles is provided on the fenced property. The estate includes a vegetable garden where, depending on the season, you may help yourself to fresh produce. Furthermore, 4 bicycles are at your disposal free of charge. You may also purchase olive oil produced ecologically by your hosts upon request. The final 1200 meters to the house are via an unpaved road.


Dogs: Please note that dogs must be registered at the time of booking, stating the breed. The cost is 10 euro per dog per day, and the fee has to be paid directly to the landlord. Number of dogs allowed: 1.
