"Friendly and fast check in. Pillows too tall for my preference. Ran shower for over 10 minutes and never got water hot enough to shower in. Less than lukewarm. Yes, I know how to operate that style of faucet."

"It was fantastic! We stayed in a suite for our 17th anniversary and the front desk lady even had a plate of treats sent up for us. Strawberries and Macaroon cookies. Such a fantastic evening!"
