Staff were very friendly and helpful but they did say they would put our luggage in our room when it had been cleaned, which they didn't. “Das Hotel sowie Service und Personal waren herausragend. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in unserer Luxury Villa mit Sea Front Lage sehr genossen. Kleinigkeiten könnte man beanstanden was für ein Hotel der Größe allerdings normal ist. Die einzige kleine Empfehlung wäre die Schlafmöglichkeit im EG zu ändern. Das wäre aber auch schon alles und der Urlaub war rundum wundervoll! Wir werden wieder kommen und sprechen eine klare Empfehlung aus.”
