“Room was super clean and plenty of space to move around. We were expecting the room with the walk-in shower but was not disappointed with the tub or the size of the bathroom.Everyone was so helpful. The unfortunate thing was one of the elevators was out of order, the AC was very loud and the breakfast was pretty much continental with a price but took nothing for the experience. “You can hear doors slamming, people talking, and traffic very clearly in the rooms. The shower was terrible, poor water pressure, nowhere to put any products you might use while showering, and nowhere to hang a towel to grab when you’re done. The tile and shower itself are old and look dirty. Bed was okay. Useless coffee in room and have to pay for it downstairs. Won’t be back.”

“I liked the clean room and the decor. I also appreciated how the bathroom was laid out. They also added a nice touch by putting my name on the screen of the room tv with a welcome message. I also liked that the controls for the shower were located on the opposite wall of the shower head so you don’t get splashed with cold water as soon as you turn it on…it’s the little things! “The room was clean and very comfortable. The property was maintained very well and there weren’t any complaints. The breakfast was nice and had some good fresh fruit and healthy options. The staff was very kind and polite. My only complaint was that room service opened the door to come clean later in the afternoon and didn’t knock first so that was akward. Hotel and area are nice overall”

“Absolutely wonderful experience! Beautiful hotel, everything was so clean and well-maintained. The staff was incredible, so friendly and accommodating, especially James. The area around the hotel is gorgeous and has so many stores, restaurants, and the BEST coffee shop! We will definitely be back. Also, we were able to bring both of our dogs and they were treated like royalty!”

“We always stay here when coming to Charlotte. It is close to everything. We went to the airport, outlet stores, and just cruised around the city. Staff is always so polite and rooms always clean. Daily nreakfast, nightly dinner and drinks included! Cant beat it!”

“The cleanliness of the rooms could have been a bit better. There was some molding in the shower and mystery spots on the walls of the bathroom all the way to the ceiling. There was also a hole in the bathroom wall. The Mini fridge was filled with rust as well. The staff was great!”
