Or park on the lower level for access to the lovely outdoor and indoor living spaces.

Once you walk into this property, the vistas will take your breath away, to the Ballena whale's tail and all the way beyond to Manuel Antonio an hour's drive away -- this is what Pura Vida dreams are made of. Behind you the majestic mountains bring mists and rainbows, and stunning bird life like parrots, toucans and macaws! Naturally, Howler, Capuchin and ChiChi monkeys are always around.

Ojochal is known for top restaurants and entertainment, and nearby Uvita is the shopping hub in the area. The many activities you or your guests can enjoy include surfing and SUPing, zip-lining, golf, horseback riding, waterfalls, kayaking, atv tours, bird and whale watching - to name just a few!

This easy access but secluded property is in high demand, and is only available for long-term (one week minimum, rates negotiable) rental. It was owner-occupied since its construction in 2010 until now, and has never been rented before. We just purchased it and are renting very selectively due to a need to stay in the US a few months into 2022.

The graded dirt road leading to our Phase 8 neighborhood is well maintained, but our driveway is pretty steep. So a 4WD vehicle is desirable for exploration. There are car rental car agencies in Uvita nearby.
