Celebration
This property was perfect for our group. No stairs to climb, spacious, and beautiful. Having a pool was great. Being just steps away from the ocean and restaurants was a great benefit also. We hired a chef for 3 meals. What a treat that was. Highly recommend.

Perfect location
We stayed at Villa Orchid for 10 nights. 3 couples. The property was perfect for us and the location was fabulous! Communication with Cris and Esteban was excellent and property issues were dealt with promptly. The house had everything we needed for cooking, linens etc. Would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful home!
We loved our stay at Gardens of Dominical over the holiday break! I traveled with my family and it was the perfect place to rest in between our tours. Each bedroom had their own bathroom and air conditioning unit, which was ideal for customizing our own levels of comfort. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed to make meals. Cris was incredibly helpful in connecting us with local tour companies and transportation, and anything we needed was handled promptly by their property manager. The home was also in the perfect location for us as we could walk to the beach in 7 minutes and the town of Dominical was charming and laid back. Highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful place!
Absolutely wonderful place right in the heart of Dominical. Can easily walk to the beach, shops & restaurants in town. Amenities were great and everything you need for a great vacation was provided! Highly recommend!

Beach haven
We were ready for the complete house A/C when we arrived hot and tired from Arenal! 6 adults, 2 boys and 3 mo old baby loved the clean pool. Everyone enjoyed their bedrooms and great baths, the kitchen was fully furnished and had enough room for a couple cooks. Host Cris even provided cold bevs and a red wine waiting for us on arrival to enjoy, a nice touch.

Wonderful stay in Dominical
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Dominical. The house was exactly as described. Cris was super helpful with tours, transportation and any other needs we had during our stay. The house is amazing. It was super clean, the pool was a welcome relief from the heat and the home was within walking distance to the beach and the town. I would highly recommend staying at this great home.

A fabulous house with exceptional service
For 3 couples, this was an ideal house - each couple had a very comfortable bedroom with their own complete washroom. The kitchen was well equipped and the manager was quick to respond to all requests. The pool was a must and was used several times a day. The air conditioning worked very well and was absolutely necessary given that temperatures reached 29 degrees daily. This house is also perfectly located in terms of proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants. Overall, we were super happy with our stay in Dominical Gardens!!

Fantastic property!

Family Vacation
Beautiful property! In a very nice area to experience true Costa Rican hospitality! This is not Americanized, you learn so much from the people. True Pura Vida experience! Ocean is warm, people are kind, food is delicious, house is comfortable, our house host (Cris) was phenomenal! It can't get better!

La casa está en perfectas condiciones y con todo lo que se necesita para tener una estación de primera. La comunicación con el administrador es excelente. La ubicación es privilegiada ya que está a menos de 5 min caminando de la playa y todos los lugares de interés

Spring Break '22
Amazing on every front! Our first trip to Costa Rica and this Villa, and Dominical, did not disappoint. The Villa is well appointed, spacious, clean, and perfectly located to everything we wanted to do. Walk to beach and town was easy (we didn't rent a car) and Jordan, our host, was prompt and helpful answering all of our questions. We were comfortable and well taken care of. We cannot wait to go back to Dominical - what a gem! 100% recommend this property!!

Great house, awesome location!
Newly built house close to everything in Dominical! Myself, husband and our 2 sons (2 yrs old and 5 months) stayed for the week. House was clean, awesome location had everything you need to have a great time. Plenty of towels extra blankets, kitchen fully stocked. Jordan was great! Easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The patio pool area was perfect, one level is great for kids . Everyday we would walk to the playground at Dominical Beach, go get coffee in town walk home for an afternoon swim. Awesome experience and definitely highly recommend. We will be back! Thanks again!!

Absolutely the best!
This house was amazing and was exactly as advertised. It felt brand new and was just absolutely perfect. Jordan, the host, was super helpful with everything we needed - even just general questions about the area. Not only was the house perfect but Dominical is the place to go. We’ve been to Costa Rica before (Guanacaste region) and we preferred this extremely green/vibrant area over the dryer landscapes of Guanacaste. If you’re planning on being anywhere near this region, choose Dominical! We spent time in Quepos and were not fans of how busy it was there. In Dominical there are areas of the beach where you will be all by yourself with your group. Truly amazing.

Second visit was just as amazing as our first
With a year of quarantine under our belt, we all jumped at the opportunity to get back to our little slice of heaven. From the time I booked till the minute we left, Jordan was available to answer any questions that came up, offered suggestions for new travel requirements, came over right away when our dryer was acting up and checked in every few days just to make sure our stay was A+. This house is amazing! It’s so nice to have personal space and separate baths for our family, the pool area and patio are great places to hang out after a long day of adventuring and when it was time to eat - town is just a couple minutes away. Pura Vida! We can’t wait to come back and when we do, we will be booking here again!!

Perfect Location!
Everything about our trip to Dominicale was perfect! This immaculate house is located steps from town and the beach. Jordan was very easy to contact if we needed him and was very helpful. I just can’t say enough about our wonderful experience.

Birders paradise with beach and surf!
This is one of the few new homes in Dominical you don’t need a car, the beach and locals are main draw, but town restaurants, groceries, live entertainment to have a great visit.

Look No Further in Dominical
The house was great! A true home away from home. Perfect location with all the amenities. We are a family of five and everyone loved the house. The kids enjoyed watching the two Iguanas outside every day and catching Geckos at night. The home is in a great location between beach and rain forest. This home is also close to many tourist areas - 300 steps to the beach and sort walk to many good restaurants. Jordan's communication was great before and during our stay. We accepted his offer to pick up a few groceries to ensure our arrival was easier. We never felt unsafe during our stay. Our departing flight was cancelled due to the Covid-19 outbreak and Jordan graciously allowed us to extend our reservation. Don't hesitate to book this house if you want the comforts of home in beautiful Costa Rica! Jordan - we pray you and your family and all of Costa Rica stay safe during this crazy pandemic.

Amazing property!!
If I could give our stay 10 stars I would. From the time we booked through our entire stay, everything was great. Jordan was very quick to respond to any inquiries I had before travel and checked in with us while we were on property. The location is amazing. So close to the beach and town. The house is gorgeous and had all the things we needed during our stay. The beach towels and a few things to use for the beach to use were a nice touch. The pool was so refreshing to jump in to after a day of exploring. We will be back for future visits for sure! Thank you for making our first visit to Costa Rica a memorable one.

Pura Vida
Pura Vida, a phrase we learned while in Costa Rica and it describes the Gardens of Dominical perfectly. Everything was “great”, “cool”, and “pure”. The property was clean, the check-in process was simple, (Jordan, excellent property manager, met us and walked us through everything we could possibly need to know),. The property was exactly as portrayed in the listing, and communication withJordan after we checked in was simple (any text was answered immediately and thoroughly), The house is a very short walk to the amazing Dominical Beach and many restaurants and shops but is in a very quiet and private spot. We loved our time at Villa Orchid and if we visit Costa Rica again we would definitely stay here and will recommend it to family and friends! There is a second, almost identical, property next door which, if rented together, would make an excellent group get-away or family reunion spot.

Dominical Paradise
Terrific house just minutes from the beach and town. We never needed a car to enjoy all that Dominical has to offer from the great surf to the local shops/restaurants. Property felt private and secure. Modern and well built. Homeowner was there to greet us and was super responsive throughout our stay. Small details were well thought out. Every room had its own bathroom and the laundry made for easing packing. Spacious kitchen with all that we needed. Compared to the hostel like accommodations this beach town is known for, this property felt like a real home. More than enough space for a family of 6. AND a pool! No where else we'll stay in Dominical when we return!

A Real Gem
This brand new house and its perfect location was a real find! We had vacationed in Costa Rica before, but may have found a new favorite destination. Our week here with friends was idyllic and we hope to return with family in the very near future. We worked with Jordan, the manager, from the get go, arranging transportation from the airport (a real help after an exhausting flight) and pre-booking fishing charters based on his well-researched recommendations. What a breeze! He gave us lots of information about area tours and activities as well, but other than the fishing, we were happy to relax and simply enjoy the lovely area. (Worth noting: you can request snacks and food to be stocked and waiting for your arrival! Color me spoiled!) In all our dealings with Jordan he was friendly, professional and indispensable. The house was open, airy and inviting. We loved the use of native wood and materials in the furniture and decor. The friends who accompanied us enjoy cooking and they raved about the kitchen's amenities. I personally preferred the patio and pool area! Nothing like a private pool to make you feel like royalty. The beach is really close and we spent a lot of time there, as well. Then it was fun to walk the short distance to the area restaurants in the evening, and it made us feel no qualms about splurging on the wonderful food available. We also felt safe at all times, no small thing in today's world. The House Manual was so helpful and full of such useful information, as a former tech writer I have to give the author a shout-out! We referred to this book time and time again. I think they thought of everything to ensure we had a marvelous time. Definitely two thumbs up, and as I said earlier, we will return!

Highly Recommend!
Our first trip to Costa Rica was amazing. Jordan, the Property Manager, worked with us from pre book to our journey back home. He was great and made sure to answer each and every question. He helped us get the correct flights in and out of San Jose and arranged great transportation to and from Dominical so could enjoy scenery and not worry about drive. Upon arrival at the house, Jordan provided a thorough walk through and made sure we were settled before he left. He even stocked desired items in refrigerator. Don't overlook this service! Where else could you get this treatment?! There is a grocery within walking distance that was really handy. More items packed in there than you have ever seen! The house was awesome: so spacious, very neat and exactly as the pictures looked! It had very comfortable furniture and beautifully decorated. The master bedroom and bath were quite luxurious with very comfortable bed (slept great) and spacious shower. Better than at home! The pool was quite refreshing and very private as surrounded by mature tropical plants. For our time spent indoors, enjoyed games, puzzle and great TV with all kinds of stations as well as Netflix. Jordan arranged all our tours (Hacienda Baru Rain Forest and Nauyaca Waterfalls) including transportation to and from. And he took special care to make sure we got the exact tour we wanted. Every day we walked to the beach, only about 3 minutes away. Great waves if you’re a surfer but for us was a great beach to just enjoy watching waves and spectacular sunsets. The house had everything needed for beach time including towels, cooler, and beach chairs. And there was an outside shower next to pool to wash sand off the feet! When walking into town, we felt amazingly safe whether morning, noon or evening. Our Spanish is quite limited but was a non-issue. Jordan helped us a ton when we needed it but all Locals spoke more English than we did Spanish. Did not feel like we were in a foreign country! We did not have a rental car and didn’t miss it as most places were walk-able or taxis were safe and plentiful. Nice savings for us. We did a lot of research on Costa Rica before settling on Dominical and this stunning newly constructed house. They thought of everything for comfort and safety and was not lacking any amenities. We are so glad we stayed here. Home away from home for sure!
