To maintain the serene and exclusive nature of Zimbali Estate, guests are kindly requested to strictly adhere to the following community guidelines:

Strict Occupancy Limit:
This villa maintains a firm zero-visitor policy. Only pre-registered guests will be granted access to the estate.

Prohibited Items:
Boats, jet skis, and smoking (including hubbly bubblies/hookahs) are strictly forbidden anywhere on the property.

Event Policy:
Parties, social gatherings, and external service providers (such as private chefs, mobile masseuses, or event planners) are not permitted.

Estate Transport:
In line with estate security, app-based rideshares (Ubers) and taxis are restricted to arrival drop-offs and departure pick-ups only; they cannot be used for internal transport around the estate.

Staffing & Cleaning Services Daily Refresh:
Your stay includes one complimentary daily cleaning service.
Additional daily cleaning services can be arranged upon request for an supplemental fee.

Critical Deadlines & Arrival Fees Pre-Arrival Documentation:
All guest pre-registration and verification processes must be finalized by 12:00 PM (noon) the day prior to your check-in. Late submissions will incur a R350 administrative penalty fee.

Check in times are between 2pm and 6:30 pm Late arrivals after 7:00 PM (Saturday to Thursday) or after 10:00 PM (Friday) will attract a late check-in fee of R450
