The Seagulls’ Rest – Family Cottage

The house features two comfortable bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with a double bed and a single bed), a cozy living room with a double sofa bed, a mezzanine with a double sofa bed, as well as a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge, complete cookware) and a functional bathroom. A washing machine and ironing facilities are also available for longer stays.

For relaxing moments, you can enjoy the furnished terrace, the garden, and the barbecue. For entertainment, the house offers a television and a DVD player.

Designed to host up to 9 guests, the house is perfectly suited for couples, families, or friends. A high chair is also available for children.

Parking is easy and free on the street right next to the house. Access is fully autonomous via a secured key box, allowing you to arrive at your convenience.

Your host will be available via SMS, the platform, or by phone in case of emergency.

The property is located in Ballon, a peaceful area in Charente-Maritime, surrounded by countryside landscapes while remaining close to the Atlantic coast. It is only 18 minutes from the renowned Châtelaillon beach, 25 minutes from La Rochelle, and 30 minutes from Fouras and Fort Boyard.
