“Had a great stay, food in both restaurants where absolutely great, I have food allergies and there was no problems what so ever.
Rooms were very clean.
We had a spa treatment which was lovely and calming”

“5 stars is too much for this hotel. Double bed is in fact suitable only for one short person! Photos are not like the reality there. No shelf in the bathroom to even put your wash bag. Nothing is practical. And breakfast was the worst part. They gave me white toast saying this is sourdough. Staff are not nice (except one person at front desk). Things were constantly not working. Also no parking for 5 star hotel! It’s def a 3 star hotel”
