Unico neo, che per non fare sbattere la porta alla vasca c'era uno stecco in acciaio pericoloso perché una persona uscendo dalla vasca potrebbe farsi male. Basterebbe mettere uno stecco con all' interno una molla in modo che sia retrattile ”

“The property was lovely and unique, dating back to the 1700s, and totally renovated by the owners. The decor was exquisite and carefully planned to reflect the time period.
The owner was congenial, helpful and informative. We were offered tea and cake upon arrival and an amazing breakfast in the morning!”

Only disappointing was we had an.issue on one night with young girls running up and down corridor which team ,security had to attend to as it was 1130pm. Apology received following morning and reduction in our bill . Would not prevent us returning to this hotel.”

“fue una gran experiencia hospedarse en una casa de huéspedes tradicional europea donde te sientes realmente en casa, el desayuno es a la carta con una trato muy personal y cordial, por las mañanas el olor a café y pan que sube a la habitación te hace iniciar el día como si estuvieras en casa.
Realmente fue una gran experiencia, la ubicación está muy cercana a la estación del tren y autobus y llegar al centro también es muy fácil caminando.

"Our family of four had a truly memorable experience at the Ballymascanlon Hotel & Golf Resort. Nestled in the lush greenery of the County Louth countryside, this elegant property is a peaceful retreat with a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the genuine kindness and professionalism of the staff — from the reception team to the breakfast and restaurant staff, everyone made us feel sincerely cared for. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was excellent, with thoughtful service and delicious food.
The room was spotless, with high-quality Irish bath products in full-size containers, which we appreciated — a rare and thoughtful touch that made us feel at home. And the breakfast was simply outstanding. A generous and beautifully presented spread, with everything we could have hoped for.
We only stayed one night, but we truly wish we could have stayed longer. This is the kind of place you want to return to, even just for the pleasure of staying there. Our children were also treated with kindness and attention, especially during dinner, which made a big difference to us.
We warmly thank all the staff for their attentiveness and hospitality. We felt incredibly well looked after throughout our stay.
We look forward to returning and we truly hope this special place keeps its authentic Irish charm and peaceful atmosphere, away from the usual tourist crowds."
