A Home to Relax and Unwind
Everything sits in one bright, open room with a pitched, vaulted ceiling. Wind down on the sofa in front of the wall-mounted TV, or make yourself at home at the small breakfast bar. A stacked washer and dryer are tucked into the room, so longer stays and coastal walks are easily managed.

• Kitchen: A kitchenette along one side with a sink, microwave, under-counter fridge and a breakfast bar with two stools.

• Bedroom 1: King bed in the open studio, with the en-suite shower room attached.

• Bathroom: En-suite shower room with a corner shower, WC, washbasin and toiletries provided.

• Outdoor space: A shared covered outdoor area overlooking Cushendall Bay, suitable for a BBQ.

Location
Cushendall is a coastal village in the Glens of Antrim, sitting between the sea and the hills, and it makes one of the best bases for exploring the nine glens and the North Antrim coast. The village centre, with its restaurants and traditional pubs, is a short walk downhill, and Game of Thrones filming locations are a short drive away.

Good to Know Before You Book
This is a compact studio-style space, so the bed, kitchenette and seating all share one open room, along with a stacked washer and dryer. The ceiling follows the pitch of the roof, so it slopes low at the sides. Parking is one space on the driveway, or on the street taking care not to block neighbours` driveways, so a street space is not guaranteed. The covered outdoor area overlooking the bay is shared with the other unit. Check-in is self check-in via a lockbox at the property, with full instructions sent on the day of arrival. Pets are not allowed at the property.

Booking policy
Guests are required to pay a security deposit of £150 prior to their stay. This is fully refundable pending no damages or excess cleaning being required. This will be a pre-authorisation hold on the card taken at least 24 hours before you check in, and is automatically released within 3 days after check out.

Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.

Cancellation policy
Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
