The Space:
Narrow Gauge Cottage is a cottage that consists of a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster, a dining room, and a sitting room. The bedrooms consist of two king-size beds and a ground-floor adult bunk bed. There is a ground-floor shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. Outside, there is a front enclosed patio with furniture and off-road parking for three cars. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1.4 miles, pub 1.3 miles, river 1.6 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Highchair and travel cot available. Visit Narrow Gauge Cottage for your next adventure. Note: No TV in property. Note: Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am. Please note: This property can accept a minimum of 3 night stays. The Neighborhood:
The peaceful village of Armoy rests in County Antrim, between the towns of Ballymoney and Ballycastle. Renowned for its Armoy Road Races, the village makes for a fantastic holiday destination, with the idyllic Bush River weaving through, views of the impressive Knocklayd mountain, as well as being situated within easy reach of the Causeway Coast, Glenshesk and Glentaisie. Visitors can enjoy picnicking and strolling through the village's Riverside Gardens, stopping for a hearty meal in three friendly pubs, including The Amarda Inn, and grab their essentials from the well-stocked convenience store. Travel to the west of the village to find the historic and enchanting Dark Hedges, and the esteemed Gracehill Golf Course; venture east to discover the nature reserve of Breen Oak Wood, where walkers and birdwatching fans will be amazed by this wild forest. Those wishing to enjoy Northern Island's coast can embark on a scenic drive to Ballycastle, where visitors can enjoy the stunning seafront, or embark on a boat tour to Rathlin Island from the harbour. Further along the coast, the wonders of Ballintoy Harbour, White Park Bay and Dunseverick Castle await.
