Huge party on the outside balcony outside my room the first night at 1 am complete with fights, loud music, smoking dope and lots of yelling. No one from mgmt came to do anything about it. Lots of people loitering around, felt very unsafe.

For a night in the hotel dur to no water in my house. This is the last placed i should have booked. The walls were dirty, a lighter from the last guest was left behind in the room. There was no toilet paper in the room when i checked in. The room smelled as if someone sat there and smoked a entire pack of cigarettes. I asked housekeeping for an extra towel and was told no. I will not go back.

the room was dark one little lamp for light in the place. the only overhead light was right above the window. the only way we could have light to see was to keep the curtains open and anyone that walked by could see in the room. the room was just not clean either. the ceiling looked like it had black mold on it & could fall in at any moment. the coffee pot & ice bucket were beyond gross. The room was just dirty & the dresser had lord knows what in the drawer. The hotel makes you pay at check in & if that's not bad enough they also make you sign a form that states you will not be able to change rooms or get a refund if you are in the room for more than 15 minutes or if you do anything in the room, sit on the bed, use the bathroom. nowhere to put your bags either. one broken office chair one other chair. We were in town for 2 nights due to the festival we were attending. then to top it all off, the hotel called us while we were out for the day wanting us to come in to pay for the next night & remove our personal belongings from the room so they could Ha, Ha, clean the room. they claim there is complimentary coffee in the lobby. there was nothing! guest laundry was out of order. ice machine was "turned off for the winter" bottom line we do NOT recommend this place nor will we EVER stay there again. Mind you, I've stayed at Red Roof inns in the past, they had always been a simple but very clean hotel. Not this place! NEVER AGAIN! I took pictures too, but no way to post them.

Suitable for our needs
Our stay here was just fine. We were only staying for one night and the room was completely suitable for our needs. The only issue we had was the room smelled fairly smokey despite being a nonsmoking room. Otherwise it’s a great location and a decent room.

We ended up getting a refund & leaving after 10 min in our room . The floors were dirty & sticky . The bed had hard crusty stains. Room smelled terrible , furniture was dirty . I think people live at the hotel . The front desk man was wonderful & understanding

The rooms were very old, the curtains, bed linens, coffee pot, no hangers, metal box bed frame, daylight and cold air pouring in under the door. The only thing.that was updated and clean was the bathroom..... not a very comfortable stay for the price..

The lobby smells horrible, like rotten eggs and boiled garbage. The room also smelled musty. The bathroom needs an overhaul; the shower head was loose in the wall, paint crumbling and cracking all around the top of the shower... along with the built-in soap dishes in the shower all broken up.

Motel、土地の感じから期待はしていなかったですが予想通りの施設でした。実際にバスルームを使う前に誰かの髪の毛が落ちていたり、3名で予約したにも関わらず、2名分しかタオルがありませんでした。(事前にフロントで聞いたらありますと言われたのに、、、) 地域的な問題だと思いますが、キャッシュを大量にもった若い男性のグループがいてチェックイン後も車の中にいて何かしている様子で、ちょっと怖いなと思いました。
