“This hotel is a nightmare...Briefly, approximately 3 months ago I stayed here...I made my reservation through Expedia...when I got there they behaved as if I had no reservation. I was exhausted after a long shift at the hospital and over 10 hour ride on the train to arrive in Baltimore. After going back forth with the front desk person I pulled up my reservation via Expedia...it took close to 2 hours to check in. FYI: There is NO elevator and my 61 year old ass was placed on the very top floor....

“No breakfast available as advertised, never came to change bedding or given clean towels bedding had yellow stains. When asked for new bedding, staff member told me to take some and change bedding myself. Shower was filled with mildew.”
