“O hotel é SENSACIONAL. Tem piscina, espaço para trabalho e o quarto é limpo e muito confortável. Vale bem mais a pena ficar em Chiang Rai do que Chiang Mai. Só alugar uma moto que fica tudo fácil. O único ponto é que não é tão central, mas como disse, alugue uma motinha que facilita”

“We enjoyed our stay here. Our cabin overlooked rice fields that was very pleasant, especially seeing farmers working in their fields. Lots of tour groups stay here so meal times can be busy. Breakfast buffet was extensive. We did not eat dinner here. The pool looked lovely especially at night time.”

“The Chom Chiang Rai Hotel opened just 12 months ago. Everything is new and sparkly with plenty of great on-site carparking. Staff are very accommodating to your requirements.
On the negative side I have two comments.........
1. Location - The hotel is a short distance out of the centre of Chiang Rai so it will better suit travellers with a vehicle. I had my own vehicle so getting around wasn't a problem but most holiday makers will usually organise guided tours that will pick you up from the...

"Nel sito sono mostrate delle foto ma solo una parte di camere sono così, credo stiano pian piano ristrutturando l'hotel. Camera ampia e abbastanza pulita, carino il balconcino che affaccia sulla piscina, bagno vecchio e sporco. Personale estremamente gentile e disponibile, probabilmente il punto di forza di questo hotel. Colazione principalmente salata. La posizione è vicina al night market e ad alcuni ristoranti."

"Condizionatore da sanificare esce odore di muffa. Pulizia non sufficiente. Colazione povera di qualità e varietà. Molto rumore impossibile dormire decentemente. Letti e cuscini scomodi, tv solo in thailandese, acqua della doccia non sufficientemente calda. Dopo esserci lamentate dell’odore dal condizionatore, mentre eravamo fuori per un’escursione, ci hanno cambiato camera e spostato tutte le nostre cose senza chiedere, compresa la biancheria intima che era

Quando entri ed esci dalla struttura, il personale della reception non tira nemmeno su la testa per controllare chi entra e tantomeno per salutare, il personale delle pulizie inizia a fare rumore in corridoio a partire dalle 8. Purtroppo devo dire che le 4 stelle che ha la struttura non sono supportate dalla reale qualità dei servizi."
