The problem with this hotel is the lack of staff understanding English. Both at the reception and at the restaurant there is no one understanding English/French/German/Italian. At least a minimum of English would be essential. We had to use Google translator even for placing an order of fresh fruits at the restaurant.
Internet does not work in the room (we were at the 10th floor but I heard other guests complaining it was not working at other floors as well). Limited service only in the lobby. In our travel through Laos this was the first facility where Internet did not work. We had pretty good service even in isolated areas...

象を多用した絢爛豪華な大推奨ホテル。朝食も非常に美味しい本当に素晴らしいホテル。
"いつぞやの宿無し、スタッフ就労拒否を回避すべく予め電話にて確認しちゃんと泊まることが出来て心底よかった。 ウボンラチャタニからバスで来たが、中国資本の橋を渡り右折すると車窓から見える。バスターミナルから来た道を戻ること徒歩10分。象を多用した豪華な当ホテルに辿り着ける。対岸に大仏と大河を臨む中のプールも最高だった。また朝食が大変美味しかった。また泊まりたい大推奨ホテル。因みにワット・プーへは橋のロータリーへ戻りトゥクトゥクと交渉、往復800バーツ、片道1hだった。英語すら極めて通じ難い、またバーツが予想に反して殆ど全く使えなかった。"
