The problem with this hotel is the lack of staff understanding English. Both at the reception and at the restaurant there is no one understanding English/French/German/Italian. At least a minimum of English would be essential. We had to use Google translator even for placing an order of fresh fruits at the restaurant.
Internet does not work in the room (we were at the 10th floor but I heard other guests complaining it was not working at other floors as well). Limited service only in the lobby. In our travel through Laos this was the first facility where Internet did not work. We had pretty good service even in isolated areas...

"Camera ampia, letti comodi, ambiente con un certo stile, piscina, vasca con pesci, disegni indiani. Gestore gentile e che parla inglese, in Laos tutt'altro che scontato. Di negativo il fatto che il bagno non abbia una porta ma soltanto la tenda e che la luce del bagno arrivi sul letto per mancanza ..."
