Hotel a Ban Yang Hua Lom

“This hotel was absolutely adorable and clean. My family and I really liked it. It was also close to other restaurants which allowed us to walk there and eat. The only down fall is there is no elevator so we had to lug our suitcases up to the top floor where we were staying. It wasn’t a big deal for us cause we’re younger but I can see how this would be problematic for older guests. ”

“A combination of this useless app and some idiot had placed the marker pin for this Hotel 150km away from where it actually is. So what a waste of money ! Tried in vain to recover my funds from Hotel .com or the Hotel, both blamed the other !! No refund. Awful treatment of customer from both parties. Goes with out saying i will never use this app again, watch out !! If You have a genuine problem you can forget getting your money back !! ”
