Dear guest,We are sorry to know that your expectations were not met during your stay with us. Our twin beds are standard and we have never had a complaint about it before. We provide amenities in the rooms, but if the guests wants more we are happy to prive this. The reception desk is open 24/7 and will always be happy to assist. Wish you a wonderful day.

Hi Bob,We are disappointing with the score we have got from you. We have done everything we could from our side to accommodate you and your family, but it was difficult as we were not aware that you were 3 people coming to stay with us till you were already here. We recommend that when you book a stay for 2 people and there is an extra person joining, do let the hotel know as then it will be easier to accommodate or to give you options.We wish you a wonderful day.
