Hotel per chi ama l'avventura a Banbury

“This older home was well maintained and comfy. It was close to the centre of Banbury and down the hill to Banbury Cross and the statue of the lady on the horse. Breakfast is included and there is a wide range of cold or hot meal options; there is a kettle in the room with tea bag’s and coffee packs with sugar and UHT milk made it easy to have a hot drink in your room early morning or in the evening. For being on a busy road it was very quiet. Michelle is welcoming, but leaves you to get on with...

“Gestore della struttura a dir poco cortese. Camere pulite e dotate di comfort aggiuntivi quali ampia gamma di thè e infusi. Colazione abbondante.”

“Eccellente”

“Vi kom sent, incheckningen slutar 23, men ringde och meddelade och möttes av en trevlig person som sa att det var inga bekymmer. Rent, men lite gammalt och nära motorvägen. Dock hördes det inte in. Prisvärt flr en övernattning!”

“Nice history behind the building and the ghost story. Kind and welcoming lady at reception, nice breakfast”

“Lovely hotel to stay in for 1 night. The receptionist was super helpful and very kind. The room was very decent for the price and had everything needed. The bed was very comfortable The only downside there was no hot water at midnight when I went back to my room. The facilities has a huge parking which was a bonus for me.”

“Unfortunately we had problems checking in and the first member of staff was very unhelpful. We then were able to check in with help of another helpful staff member (she was very professional). However, at the room we noticed the room was not well cleaned and the bathroom toilet could not flush. The staff were unable to help us. There was also no plug sockets or small lamps working by the bed. The room was however well set up bed wise for a family of four. The next morning we went down for...

“On check in asked for a breakfast to take away due to a 5 am start the following morning Was told no . No air conditioning in the lodge just a fan . Very quiet location with no amenities round about . Room was clean with lovely views . Had breakfast the second morning which was nice . If you’re after a really quiet retreat then it’s for you .”

“Recommend this location highly! Property is really well maintained - super clean, neutral decoration maintained to a high standard, fresh soft furnishings including plush towels, breakfast choice is excellent and the owner is a welcoming host.”

“Tutto perfetto! Cibo buono ”

“We stayed for 2 nights (Saturday-Monday) and overall the stay was good! The room was lovely, well presented, clean (needed a few touch ups but nothing major) and comfortable. The female members of staff we spoke to were very helpful. Unfortunately, the Saturday night is the reason I’m not giving more stars. I understand it’s a pub so there will be noise to a degree, but there was loud talking and music until gone midnight and it was very frustrating. I had ear plugs in but could still hear it...

“Very clean and well kept lake and accommodation. Great set up and not overlooked or overcrowded like other places. Regular updates on day of arrival, Friendly staff. Hot tub was set up ready for arrival. Fishing wasn’t too bad, no big fish but plenty of small stuff to keep busy if you can find a non weedy spot.”

“Really nice picturesque location, perfect for a short getaway.”

“The house was wonderful!! Waking up and having coffee and seeing the alpacas outside was my favorite part. Air conditioning in the bedrooms a plus!! Very friendly hosts. Will def come back!”
