“I am writing to provide feedback on my recent stay at your esteemed establishment, the Amari Hotel. Firstly, hands up to your breakfast buffet spread. Daily change in the Asian cuisine menu. Accessible to good eateries and stone throw away to shopping malls. I would like to commend the excellent functioning of the air conditioning system. “This apartment wasn’t overly clean, unfortunately, which was such a shame as the location is great, the ceilings in all rooms were moldy, broken glasses in the cupboards, mold on the crockery and chopping board, the washing machine was filthy, there was mold in the bathroom, the safe was locked so we couldn’t use it, the wifi was poor, we had 2 towels for a weeks stay and 2 toilet rolls, there was a great lack of kitchen utilities despite it having a kitchen area, no washing up equipment, we had...

“Staff were friendly and very helpful. They even allowed for an early check-in when the room was fully prepared! That being said, compared to my last stay, the shortcomings were more obvious. The safe box in the room was not functioning and the air-conditioning was not as cold as it should be(my friend's room was ice cold to the point of condensation on the windows). “the indian lady at counter was friendly. Shower gel has nice smell. Parking convenient but need download parking app to pay. a bit difficult to find the location. google map a bit lost. surrounding no food. but according to friendly indian lady, walking distance about 10-15 mins got a few indian restaurants. we decided to call for delivery for breakfast. grab pay about RM15 to KSL. so u roughly know the distance.
