The worst hotel in my life especially this is 4star hotel. As if this hotel is 2star,still too much.Need a renovation so bad. And for breakfast,the only highlight is waffles.Taste is quiet good.

Hotel qui manque d'entretient, les moquettes sont élimées ,tchées et salles. La douche dans un état de délabrement. Le petit dej de qualité moyenne. Dommage, il y a 2 ans et plus cet hôtel était pas mal, pas de frigo dans les chambres.

Comfort bed..good location..
Good location..easy to find food and mart.. our shower was broken at 1st but they manage to repair it..they dont provide ironing facilities in the room despite they have staff helping you to iron your cloth but they did not iron it well.. comfy room.. hotel service good..

ini kali kedua saya menginap di Gino Feruci Braga. pertama tahun 2014 yang lalu. lalu yg kedua juli 2018 ini. (+) • saya memesan 2 kamar. salah satu kamar saya diupgrade ke deluxe :) • breakfast sangat beragam dan cukup pilihan • pelayanan pada saat check in cukup cepat • daerahnya ramai dan cukup strategis. dikelilingi berbagai cafe dan tempat makan (-) • air hangat pada saat hari pertama kurang hangat mungkin krn hotel penuh • area kolam renang dan beberapa area lainnya seperti kurang terawat • saya sempat tidak dapat kursi pada saat breakfast dan bagian servicenya kurang banyak dan kurang tanggap sehingga kami terpaksa membersihkan meja sendiri sblm digunakan • pada saat check out, krn petugas check outnya berbeda dgn saat check in jd saya sempat agak lama saat meminta kembali deposit tp tidak dipersulit sampai yg bagaimana juga sih. kesimpulannya, saya dan keluarga merasa menginap di gino feruci braga cukup memuaskan.

Good location with restaurants nearby
What I liked most was that the street that the hotel is on has many restaurants and convenience stores. So getting food is easy even at night. One of the rooms we booked had a strong smell but the hotel staff were really nice and suggested that they do an "aroma therapy" for the room, which improved the room condition by a lot. Beds were comfortable and the air conditioning works well.

Awalnya kami diberikan kamar di area smoking. Namun setelah mengingatkan staf, kami pun mendapat kamar sesuai dg pesanan. Menu sarapan juga cukup bervariasi, rasanya pun enak.

Wir haben eine Nacht auf der Durchreise in Bandung verbracht. Der Hotel liegt in Bahnhofsnähe und in einer netten Straße mit Bars und Restaurants.

Lovely hotel in the middle of a pavement nightmare
Very friendly staff who were always eager to please and showed professionalism. The only thing that lets down this lovely hotel is the shocking condition of the pavements that is in the location of Gino Ferucci which forces pedestrians to walk on the busy road.

Great hotel with good price
The location is great, an easy access. You dont have to waste time on the road as it is in the centre. The have great restaurants, shops, arts store and a food truck in front of the hotel. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Met their PR, Yantie and she suggested some great places to go to. :)

Pengalaman yg kurang baik di Gino
Pengalaman pertama kali di gino yang paling mengecewakan saya dibanding hotel lainnya karena saat check in dan diinfo tdk dapat breakfast, saya yakin dan ngotot bilg ke front office ada breakfast tp dicek kembali katanya dia ngotot tetap tdk dapat, jadi pagi2 harus repot2 cari breakfast sendiri lagi. Setelah pulang saya cek di email hotel.com saya trnyt benar include berakfast, langsung saya komplain ke gino dan dia hanya minta maaf dan mengembalikan uang breakfastnya saja, seharusnya gino memberikan lebih dari itu karena kesalahan dia sehingga saya harus keliling keluar cari2 sarapan , yg seharusnya saya bisa nikmati merasakan sarapan di hotel tsb. Smg gino bisa memberikan apresiasi lebih utk nasabah yg sdh kecewa dari pada sekedar maaf dan mengembalikan uang sarapan saja. Uangnya baru ditransfer hari ini sejak saya selesai menginap karena rekening yg awal diinfonya tdk bisa, seharusnya saya ditelp terus utk tanya norek lainnya, ini saya yang sms dulu baru kemudian dibalas dan ditindaklanjuti, jd service komplain nasabahnya juga lama.Mohon dapat disampaikan ke Gino. tks.
