TEMPAT NYA ENAK BANGET BUAT KELUARGA

Vila nya oke banget dan bener2 buat tempat sepi dan tenang yg jauh dr hiruk pikuk kota , dan pelayanannya oke bagus juga enak banget bawa keluarga besar karna kamar nya besar2 banget dan lengkap banget ada tv, dapur dan ruang tamu. Tapi akses jalan ke vila nya agak horor ya alias agak susah nu krna di map juga petunjuk jalan nya salah2 semua.. tp nanya2 sama org oke juga dan akhirnya bisa sampai dengan selamat. Pelayanannya cepet tanggap dan mereka semua stand by juga mau panggil malam hari juga mereka selalu on sih ada terus.. Dan ruangannya bersih bersih dan adem banget..

Room is nice.. booked 2 rooms.. 1 room no fridge.. hair dryer not working properly.. there’s 2 lift but only 1 can be use.. staffs so friendly.. breakfast ok.. can be improved..

The room smell

we checkin late and get the room on the other wing which you need to change lift. we asked the reception for the room on the reception wing but they said is fully booked even though in the morning when we went down for breakfast doesn't show the hotel is full. at the end we upgraded our room to get the room on the same wing as the receptionist with extra payment. The breakfast I may say is the worst breakfast I ever tasted in the hotel standard breakfast.

Superb Stay in Grand Serela with A stellar service

I plan a 4 days 3 nights trip to Bandung with my boyfriend. We had a free upgrade to the suite room and Nisa the customer service representative went through the trouble to facilitate us to the room. My birthday happens to coincide with my trip and I was greeted with a warm birthday wish by her in the morning of my birthday. She also asked for my anticipated time of return to the hotel as I was paying a visit to Kawah Putih that very day and I think little of her question. Upon returning to my hotel, Nisa and her colleagues greeted me with a delicious birthday cake and sang me a tune in my room. I certainly did not expect this service and I am glad I chose Grand Serela as my choice of accommodation for my very first trip to Bandung. Additionally, the hotel is within close proximity to the supermarket and not to be missed Rumah Mode factory outlet for their affordable brand name such as Gap and choices of bermudas for guys is limitless. Hotel is a bit old and carpets needs shampooing, breakfast variety cold be improved. But for the price we paid, I have zero complaints but many praises for the staff and the housekeeping of our room. Well done Grand Serela and also special thanks and mentioned to Nisa, we will return!

Out-dated hotel that I will know give it a miss

strong stench in the room. it was old run down and never maintained out-dated hotel. molds in the bathroom. carpets were dirty. Hairdryer ws working. The cold water lever in the shower was broken.

The bath tab is terrible n the wall is dirty. Towel are very old n the color turn grey. The room floor is carpet therefore smelly. The breakfast is simply but taste good. Staff are friendly n helpfull

Nice fragrance in lift, big room for superior std.

Room wash basin stopper jam, water cannot flow down. Maintenance staff came to fix for quite a while but another problem starts, cold water but only hot water came. Service staff was nice, suggest we change room. The weather not as cooling compare to my last trip in October.

Okay but it could be better

The breakfast selection is limited , and the toiletries is very poor for four star rating hotel. Book a room at the building which the pool located, or you have to pass the dining room and using lift or stairs to reach the pool (approx 2/3 level). the location is good though.

Excellent Service

My friend and I stayed in the Grand Serela Setiabudhi hotel for 4 nights. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the Manager, Agin who was very patient and tried his sincerest to help us. Actually, the main reason coming to Bandung is for our friend's wedding, therefore we were on a very tight schedule. As it was, the manager Agin and Ronald still tried their best to help, listening our request patiently and quick to recommend attractions of Bandung to us. It was great!! We tried the Spa in the hotel which was fantastic and great value. We experienced the hot spring -very good and relaxing. And we had an unexpected experience to taste the luwak coffee. :) Many thanks to Agin and Ronald for making our holiday a more enjoyable one.

Grand Serella Setiabudhi is a good choice

Walking distance to Rumah Mode, near to Paris Van Java and Chimpalas. Very pleasant and cooperative staff.

Kamar di berikan yg smoking. Padahal yg di pesan tidak smoking. Kaarna saya bawa bayi. Di berikan kamar yg conecting door. Berisik sekali . Jd anak sering terbangun. Di situ sy mintaa.kamar diseting honeymoon. Tp boro2 heheh. Yg ad anak sy kebngun trus sama kmr sebelah. Yg mungkin kamar Sebelah jg tergnggu dengan tangisan anak sy. Saat masuk room. Handuk tidak ad. Dan sampai sy. Selesi. Mandi. Handuk blm muncul jg.saandal hotel hanya tersedi 1.yg lebih anehh pas breakfast di resto ad stand jamu. Ibu jamu menwarkn jamu. Dan sy pun meng iyaa kaan.dan setelah jmu itu jd.dan di antarkan ke meja saya. 1 gelas di kenakan biaya 15rb. Yg klo di embok jamu paling 2rb.sangat kecewa sih. Jika memang di kenakan biaya seharusnya di informasikan terlebih dahulu.

Hotel with good location

Spacious room but need to improve on the cleanliness esp in the bathroom. No small towels for use. No shower caps for ladies. Hot water is unreliable. We stayed 5 nites and 2 nights with cold water for shower at 9pm and temperature 18 degrees! We were shivering! Breakfast was good bcos they try to varies their menu daily. Staffs are helpful, pleasant and warm hospitality is a plus despite the standard of the room for a 4 star hotel, that definitely needs to be upgraded .
