Questa spettacolare casa di 10 camere da letto, a pochi passi dal cuore del bellissimo centro di Banff, ospita 23 ospiti su 4 piani.

Recentemente rinnovato e rinnovato, è la fuga perfetta per gruppi di amici, riunioni di famiglia, feste di matrimonio o ritiri aziendali.

Con una splendida vista sulle montagne, una grande terrazza all'aperto e un prato anteriore, un ampio parcheggio, una cucina per lo chef e una grande sala da pranzo, non troverete un'altra proprietà come questa nella Bow Valley.

L'ultimo piano dispone di un'unità unica in stile appartamento con il proprio soggiorno, bagno e angolo cottura.

Al terzo piano ci sono 6 camere da letto, con piccoli lavandini e quattro bagni e un angolo lettura.

Il piano principale ha una spettacolare area soggiorno con un piccolo bar e TV, sala da pranzo per 16 persone e cucina enorme per lo chef. Ci sono anche un servizio lavanderia e una sala giochi con TV / console di gioco, nonché un biliardino, freccette e sala giochi.

Il piano interrato, che ha un ingresso separato ed è accessibile solo dall'esterno della casa, dispone di 3 camere tutte con bagni e piccoli spazi di vita. I soffitti sono bassi nel corridoio, quindi è ideale per i bambini piccoli o da usare proprio come posto per dormire.

L'ampia terrazza esterna è perfetta per il barbecue o semplicemente per rilassarsi al sole.

Great for a large group

We really enjoyed our stay at this Rocky Mountain retreat. Our group of 12 slept comfortably, with plenty of room for all. The management group was very responsive. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment (we like to cook), and the location is terrific; we walked into town on a number of occasions. It was also easy to get to the ski mountains. We would recommend this house to a large group looking for a great town location that is clean and comfortable.

Great Ski Trip

Overall very positive experience. Tons of room for large group and nice common spaces. Some things to be aware of: They are very strict about noise. Quiet hours start at 11pm and we received texts from property manager at 11:01pm about being too loud. The fridge is way too small for a house that sleeps 22. And the trash is a hall down the road. Other than those minor things, everything was perfect.

Ski Getaway- saddleback group

We had a group of 15 of us. A wonderful week of skiing and enjoying the Banff area. Lake Louise ski resort was amazing! The home was very clean, well stocked and the management was super responsive!! Thank you!

Staff Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this property for our annual staff appreciation weekend. This house has so much space and fun things to do! It's so close to the town and lots to get to within walking distance. The pictures don't do it justice - what a gem in the mountains! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great for our group, in Banff for a wedding. Late check in time at 5 pm. Some inconveniences…dishwasher not working/installed properly, no electric in some bathrooms, no closets in lower level. Lights not all working. Great location though

Great location!

This B & B is located just a couple blocks away from downtown Banff. There are basement bedrooms and three other stories with plenty of room for our extended family of 17. The weather was hot during our stay and the window air conditioners throughout the house were not adequate to keep us comfortable. The house itself is rather old, but sufficiently remodeled to satisfy our needs. We made it work but prefer more modern accommodations. There were enough plates, bowls and silverware but not enough good frying pans and cooking pans for our group. Overall, a great location for seeing Banff and the surrounding area. We would recommend but it's important to know the age of the house and its limitations.

Perfect ski home in the heart of Banff

We loved this house! It was plenty spacious and in a fantastic location. Dining area was super cute and great for a large group. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to ski in Banff.

Spectacular!

This house is perfect! It is clean, The interior design is just exquisitely done. Everything we need is already there. Sandy and his team are very easy to communicate with and responsive. I would definitely recommend everyone to book this place. It's the best there is!

Truly Breath taking!

The place is gorgeous! It was spotless and the ambience is so peaceful and relaxing. The house is so big and ideal for family reunions. I love how it was intricately designed with skis and snow shoes, so cool! I would not just give this 5 stars If I could. I highly recommend this place!

Eclectic house

GREAT location! Fabulous to be so close to downtown. Layout of home was not listed, but there are 3 bedrooms and bathrooms in basement area (separate lockable entrance), main floor has kitchen, dining, great room, 2 game rooms, laundry area, upper floor has 6 bedrooms with 4 bedrooms (2 in the bedroom, 2 for use for 4bedrooms) and in the attic is a studio type apartment with entrances both in the house and outside. Enjoy!

Great House for Large Family!

We had four generations of family and a few friends stay here for three nights and it turned out great. The kitchen was well appointed, the house, although not new and remodeled, was very clean, and there were enough rooms that people could spread out in - the young people playing games loudly in one room didn't bother the older generations in another. The only issue we had was that the basement rooms were very hot. One room in particular was too warm to sleep in. But overall everyone was more than happy with the house. It is within easy walking distance to town, the parking was easy, and it really was perfect for our needs.

Interaction with the management service was only via email and billing issues took months and repeated long emails to resolve. The house itself was not in good repair and the furniture was worn and not in good repair. The kitchen was just adequate with important cooking items missing and had a small rodent problem. Two of the bathrooms on the 2nd floor were hazardous and need handrails and step-ups due to floor level changes. Lights in bedrooms were lacking. The heat was on even though temps were in the 80's and couldn’t be adjusted by the guests. High price charged was only possible due to its great location and lack of competition for similarly sized houses. Would not recommend it particularly at the price we were charged.

Perfect place for team building

This was a great location and provided exactly what we were looking for. Great beds, very clean, lots of bathrooms (less one shower not working) and lots of space. Kitchen was decently stocked (measuring cups and spoons and more serving bowls would be helpful) and the outside deck was nice. There is a train that comes through often enough to wake light sleepers up, but the neighbourhood was quiet otherwise. Comfy couches, great eating and games area and the charm and character is wonderful. No problem recommending this place.
