Beautiful 5 Story Family House

I hired another person to handle my bookings and she was not answering any of the VRBO inquiries. AHHH!!! But I'm back to handling my own bookings now. So every inquiry will get my full attention. And when you move in you will get the best SUPERHOST service possible!! I promise.

You will love all 4 of my houses in Bangkok. Here's 1 of them. We call it SUDA.
It was a big factory for a clothing brand called SUDA. We gut renovated it and turned it into a beautiful home for you to enjoy.

Bring your whole family and spread out in our massive 5 Story house. Our decor is very unique and stylish. I'm American so I tend to decorate with modern minimal western taste. Everything in the house is custom designed and custom built. You won't find this house anywhere else!

We've made it stylish but also very functioning. What good is style if it doesn't function!

You will love this house if you have kids. The 3rd floor has a huge playroom filled with books, toys, balls, puzzles, stuffed animals, games, etc. It's like a toy store. If you aren't traveling with kids then it's a good space do you your yoga or hang out and read a book.

But this house is also great for the grown ups. We created a beautiful flowering rooftop garden and outdoor bathtub and double showers. Turn on both fans and you will create the best temperature with no mosquitoes while soaking in the bath under the stars. You have complete privacy. Don't worry. And many guests enjoy having their coffee in the first floor garden surrounded by green plants and flowers. Also made possible by the circulating fan to keep you cool and mosquito free.

A fun feature of this house is that the skytrain quietly zips by in the distance from your bedroom window. Close enough to be cool but far enough away that it's not noisy at all.

There's lots of room to be separated from each other if you want your private space. Every five floors offer an opportunity to be off by yourself. And when you are ready to be social you can all hang together at our custom designed 14 person dining table.

The wifi is super fast. Many guests set up at the dining table with their laptops and get their work done. It's a great location for working since the gourmet kitchen is right next to the dining room.

If you like to cook - or need to cook out of necessity- you've come to the right house, We put in a professional kitchen with 2 ovens, 4 burners, microwave, full set of gorgeous off white Le Creuset pots and pans, rice cooker, all cooking utensils needed for serious cooking and baking, blender, mixer, etc etc. We hosted Bangkok Supper Club here for years so the chef designed the kitchen herself. (Covid stopped it!) My favorite part of the kitchen is the White refrigerator. It's a work of art!

You'll love the sweet little soi (street) that this house sits on. You are surrounded by warm friendly Thai families that have lived there for decades. They all know each other and bring fruit and foods to each other's doors in the morning. If you get up super early at dawn you ll get to watch the neighbors come to their doors and hand food and gifts to the monks that walk barefoot in their robes and collect things they need to live. Thai people feed the monks. The Monks pray for the Thai people. It's a beautiful Buddhist tradition.

You can walk very easily and quickly to the BTS skytrain from this house. About 5 minutes. There's a big wide clean sidewalk that goes directly from our soi to the skytrain station called Ekamai. This station is just a few stops from the very center of Bangkok called Asok. All the places you will want to visit will be located off of this Skytrain.

You will not need to worry about a big building going up and causing lots of construction noise at this house. In fact having a golf driving range in our back yard brings us fresh clean air in a big city and silent golf balls being hit off the tee in a faraway distance. If you want a daily pass at a gym while traveling I'm told the gym at this golf driving range has the best gym in the city.

This house will be stocked with everything you will need in a home away from home. I've been hosting for over 20 years and I know what my guests want. I'm looking forward to meeting you!
