DON’T GO THERE! EXPEDIA SHOULD NOT EVEN BE WORKING WITH THIS HOTEL!!!
The staff are not bad but obviously after booking a non-refundable hotel, you will have to take one of the options they can offer but all rooms I was taken for a tour including a room in one of their sisters hotel are all really horrible - not clean at all, floors are sticky, the walkway are super narrow, even the reception and lobby area are full of boxes and not safe for some elderly or children to walk around, the rooms are small and most of them do not have any window. One room has a tiny window but the staff member suggested that I should keep it closed because insects would get in there and if that happens they will not take responsibility. Another member suggested it is very common that guests leave after seeing the rooms they get due to unsafe and unhealthy conditions. How can you stay in tiny rooms with badly smelled toilets without any windows?
Now some might think, what am I expecting from a £ 50-60 /night in a good location in Bangkok. I paid this hotel in total of £161+ for 3 nights for a family room, but really horrible. That’s why I had to book room in another hotel, Metro Pratunam Boutique Hotel. I paid £158.30 in total for 3 nights (2200 baht/night). Amazing room and very clean. Staff members are nicer. They even showed me the room on a video call although I was in desperate situation and needed a room immediately. It is in the same area. I would say better location.
