Il personale delle pulizie ogni giorno comincia a fare confusione alle 8 di mattina gridando nei corridoi e sbattendo l'aspirapolvere e gli altri oggetti da lavoro non lasciandomi dormire in pace. Mi svegliavo alle 8 come quando vado a lavorare.... Il personale della reception è alquanto infastidito, senza voglia di lavorare, non viene voglia di andare a chiedere qualcosa.

Tutto ok
Ottima la colazione a buffet con molta scelta, riescono ad alimentarsi anche vegetariani e vegani. Camera piccola ma cmq confortevole e pulita. Zona abbastanza buona, vicino al Pier per prendere il traghetto e alla fermata dello Skytrain Sarasak (10 minuti circa a piedi)

Very nice hotel
Arrivato in albergo le operazioni di check in sono state velocissime, e alla reception personale sempre gentilissimo, carino e disponibile! L’hotel è situato vicino al fiume; comodo per prendere il battello ed arrivare fino alla zona dei templi e del palazzo del re. Basta poi attraversare la strada per lo skybar, che vi suggerisco vivamente! Ora parliamo delle cose davvero importanti: la camera era ben tenuta, la moquette magari poteva far pensare che fosse sporca a causa del colore marroncino un po’ vissuto, ma credetemi, soffro di allergie e non mi è partito uno starnuto! Il letto (king size) era fenomenale, comodo e pulito! La doccia pazzesca... insomma... lo consiglio vivamente!!!

Overall the hotel is very good. There are issues with noise from the busy road outside. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was excellent. If you are intending to visit the palace or temples from this hotel I suggest using the river ferry which cost 16 bath one-way.

I realize it has recently changed hands and will be going under renovations The staff especially in the bar have a deer inn the headlight look and they ignore me until I ask them for service. I think it’s a case they are not comfortable outside of Thai language.

1) we payed for superior room. We had such room last yeat by this time and we can compare. This time around the room was smaller abd we were adk to additionally pay 20 CAD/ day to have the room tha we booked. 2) the breakfast was supposed tb in included but we were charged every day 3) the quality of air in the room was unacceptable: there was not enough oxigen and too much hunidity, hard to breath. The last day, of january 14, we had to meek the door open for breathing. 4). At check out, we were tols tha everything is Ok. We ask for a bill, we wee told we will receive it by email. We we saw thw breakfast was charged everyday, we wanted to discuss this charge bu we could not. Nobody answers the phone. VERY DISSAPOINTED

Outdated hotel with marijuana store on ground floor. Very strong smell of marijuana ever time you enter the hotel. Room smelled moldy. Very humid. Bathroom was old and water did not heat up properly.

Disappointed with this hotel, expected something much better especially when it carries the name of Novotel. Breakfast was decent; but it was the same everyday. Lobby & Concierge area was bland, not welcoming. Very limited dining options in hotel. Room amenities were very poor, shower head was broken and leaking; informed the reception staff several times but nothing done. Room cleaning were poor, did not give new clean towels. Aircon in room was not cold at all; was controlled automatically, can not adjust manually. Curtains in the room were spoilt, cannot be drawn closed fully, the morning sun was glaring right at the bed. Insufficient power points plug in the room, cannot charge multiple devices at same time. Renovation was done during our stay in the hotel. Overall disappointed with the hotel, didn’t let my expectations

交通は駅から遠いのが難ですがタクシーは捕まえやすい。スワンナプーム空港までは高速込み500バーツで手配してくれる。周辺での食事はローカルな屋台からレストランまで特に困りはしない。コンビニ(7-11)が5分圏内に2軒あり不便はない。アメニティはシャンプー、コンディショナ。タオルはバスタオルのみが用意されている。シャワーは壊れていて天井固定のだけが使用可能だった。
