Ottimo albergo ....non fosse per il Wi-Fi
In tutta onestà devo dire che si tratta di un ottimo albergo pulito in ottima posizione personale disponibilissimo e gentile . La camera dispone di tutti i confort con particolari molto scenografici . L’unica vera pecca la quasi assenza di segnale Wi-Fi nella camera almeno del sesto piano disponibile in modo soddisfacente solo nella reception

Albergo meraviglioso nella zona di siam square
Hotel veramente bello in posizione fantastica. Si trova a 2 passi dalla fermata national stadium dello sky train, a 300 metri dal famoso MBK e da altri enormi centri commerciali. L'hotel è molto pulito ed il personale disponibilissimo. Consigliatissimo.

Bellissimo hotel in stile.

전체적인 서비스도 너무 좋고 친절해서 편안히 쉬었다 갑니다~ 수영장은 분위기는 너무너무 좋은데 그 분위기를 위해 준비된 나무에서 잎, 꽃 등이 떨어져 다소 아쉽긴 했지만 어쩔수없는 부분이라서 나중엔 개의치않고 잘 놀았어요 ㅎㅎ
자고 일어났더니 커텐 틈으로 너무 예쁘게 무지개가 비쳐 감동받으며 찍어봤어요 ㅎㅎ
너무 분위기 좋은 수영장. 크지는 않지만 놀기 좋았어요. 다만 수온이 조금만 높으면 더 오래 재밌게 놀 수 있을 것 같아요 ㅎ
갖고싶었던 의자들 ㅎㅎ 로비에서 대기할 일이 있을 때 예쁜 의자 잘 사용했어요 ㅎ

A tranquil oasis in the heart of Bangkok. Water features galore drown out the noise from outside the walls, while everything is easiky accessible. Staff are ultra friendly and attentive, and renovation is sensitive to traditional Thai style. A great choice

Breakfast menu should change every day. 3 mornings I ate the same thing. Location is very good. Sound proof not bad as hotel was right next to a BTS line but i hardly heard anything. Corridor at my room was very dark. Should install lightings. I would give a better rating if not for these little flaws.

Great shopping hotel. But for everything else don’
Hotel is very well located and pretty to be honest. The pool is gorgeous but basically unusable as it’s next to a road tbf just a fountain. I didn’t even know it was meant to be a pool at first. The rooms are decent. Only a small hotel. However if you expect any type of common sense from staff don’t bother. They have to ask for approval for minor things. Try to charge for every last detail. I got a “upgrade“ for being a gold member which was for the record only a different floor. Decided to stay for an extra night as I had a heavy one. Tried to book it at the desk. “Reservations had gone home” 8pm. So I booked on hotels. 8:30am. Wake up call. Go to reception. Argued for 30 minutes. Had to call hotels.com. Basically wasted 4 hours on my last day of honeymoon sorting it. Hotels saved the day other wise I would of been checking out! At 12 and back in at 2. Who even does that.

Fräscht hotell med gångavstånd till shoppingcentret MBK. Bra frukost med mycket att välja på. Fint poolområde, dock med skugga stora delar av dagen. Skulle bo här igen.

Nice hotel at very convenient location
The hotel is located within walking distance to the Siam shopping centers which is very convenient for shopping and foods. The room is very nice with all little facilities are taken care off. The service staffs are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel if you plan to stay in Bangkok.

Strategically located, 15mins walk to Siam & 10mins walk to Ratchathewi station. Staff were super friendly as well. Cleanliness wise, looks clean everywhere. However, I suspect the bed / Pillow or somewhere has bed bugs. My arms were bitten quite a fair bit. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Worth a commendation! Would I stay again, however, probably not because of the bed bugs.

Not a Boutique Hotel, very few members of staff speak English making communication very difficult. The hotel is very tired, holes in bedsheets, very tired towels. The restaurant is very quiet, no much ambiance, laying breakfast table at 8pm, while having dinner is a bit off putting, the pool is beautiful but not peaceful as the skyline train is running 150 yards above the sunbeds. Water on offer in room is not to be used for sensitive western clientele, if you use the mineral water in fridge will be charged 25baht, the staff due to poor training is very offensive and lacking total multi cultural understanding of international clientele. A nice location if the above is not problem for you, but expect to run big taxi bills as the taxi run on meters on hotel compound to be switch off at the first junction!!! So good location if using BTS and if luxury shopping is your thing as with Siam Centre and Siam Discovery it is luxe brands mecca

観光、お買い物にとても便利な立地です。スタッフの方々のサービスも今まで利用した海外ホテルの中でもかなり良いかと思います。今回、夫婦2人での利用でしたが、お部屋は女性ウケしそうなお洒落な感じだったので、お友達との利用もしてみたいな。と思いました。※スタッフの方は日本語が通じない方ばかりでした。英語なら何とか通じる感じだと思います。

立地も良く、本当に素敵なホテルです。室内のライトや空調が全てタッチパネルでの操作になっていて、それだけ少し不便に感じましたが、それ以外は全てにおいて良いホテルでした！スタッフの方達も大変親切です。 アメニティのHARNNはこのホテル限定のオリジナルの香りで、HARNN製品は一通り使ってきましたが、今まで使ってきた中でも一番のお気に入りです。通常店舗にはない商品なので買って帰りたかったのですが、フロントで聞いたらアメニティの同じミニサイズのものしか売っておらず…大きなサイズの販売を切望します！ 次回もバンコクに行ったら是非とも泊まりたいホテルです。

プールが池みたいで泳ぐ気にはならなかったですがボート乗り場が裏で便利に渋滞を気にせずバンコクには何度も行ってますが新しい体験ができました。でもどぶ川なので臭いし汚いですがそれ以下、風を感じれて最高。

部屋はとても可愛くて最高でした！ ただシャワーは湯が出ません。 バスタブの水も茶色でした。 何より6時の早朝ツアーを予約していて、5時50分に電話がきました！起きてるんですか？と。まだ時間前なのでびっくり！そして6時に間に合わず10分遅れてロビーに行ったのですか、その間にも部屋に電話が！その言い方が嫌味っぽく、怒られている感じで、すごく気分が悪くなりました。 たしかに遅刻は悪いですが、そんな言い方しなくてもいいのにと思い、それまで良いホテルと思っていましたが、もう絶対嫌だと思いました。日本語が話せる女性の方です。

每年都要去泰國，即便泰國的新飯店如雨後春筍般冒出 ，依舊喜歡住華昌 他們的服務態度、環境，打開門後療愈的香味，讓我們感到親切，這次去還遇到友人掛急診，他們的幫忙、慰問，讓我們很感謝，更讓我們喜歡住在這裡 ，連第一次來泰國的友人都愛上華昌，朋友出國都盡量找新飯店，這裡設備不是很新，飯店內設施不多，卻讓他喜歡上了，華昌我們明年見~

전반적인 서비는 무난합니다.예약시에는 오래된 건물인줄 몰랐거든요...제가 머문 방만그런건지...방안의 청결도는 매우 안좋아요...침대밑,에어컨주위등...2틀 숙박했는데 아침에 자고일어날때 마다 몸컨디션이 안좋았어요!!! 특히 욕실에는 곰팡이가 많았어요!!! 가격대 성능비 빵점~~~ 호텔 주위여건은 아주 좋아요! 식당.쇼핑센터등등

Good location near National Stadium BTS and within walking distance to Siam area i.e. Paragon etc. Very clean and quiet boutique hotel with excellent service staff.
