Le camere sono pulite e spaziose, anche se comunque molto datate (perlomeno nella torre centrale). Il problema che ho riscontrato principalmente è stato quello delle prese della corrente in camera! Una tragedia! Una camera enorme e in totale due prese, oltretutto vecchie, che non reggevano il peso del caricabatterie: di conseguenza, per caricare i vari apparecchi elettronici vi è la necessità di ingegnarsi. Per il resto, niente da dire, hotel nella norma, colazione buona (molto più salata che dolce). Posizione ok, ma poco servita dai mezzi pubblici: bisogna camminare almeno un paio di km per arrivate alla metto più vicina, oppure prendete un battello (che sconsiglio visto i prezzi che solitamente qui si possono trattare, ma con loro non tanto). Esistono altri modi di spostarsi, a prezzi molto molto contenuti... l’equivalente asiatico del nostro Uber (scaricate l’app).

La struttura nula che dire la comunicazione con il personale rimane difficile poiché la maggior parte non parla inglese l unica cosa di prestare molta attenzione quando si prenotano i tour presso l hotel poiche propongono il trasferimento a/r con auto una volta giunti sul posto i tour costano molto è consigliabile avere i chiarimenti dei costi prima

Hotel molto grande,molto bello nel complesso, ottimo il buffet colazione c'é di tutto. Le stanze buone, la mia con moquette molto sporca, il quartiere orribile, non ce niente solo mercato all'ingrosso d'abbigliamento, bisogna prendere un taxi o camminare mezz'ora per lo skytrain. Consiglio un hotel sulla Sukonvit.

Ottimo hotel anche se la struttura non è nuova. Le stanze sono grandi e pulite. La posizione è centrale anche se per spostarsi a Bangkok occorre quasi sempre ricorrere ai tuc-tuc o ai taxi .

Room itself is clean except I found a cockroach in my room. I love this hotel but one thing made me upset is that the room key stop working every single day. The first day I was able to swipe into my room, but second day it stop working, so I had to go to front desk to chenge the room key. It happend every single day. It was very very anoying.

It was just average only. I wish there was a train station nearby as that would have been easier to move around. Tuk-tuk, Grab & taxi charges were quite high.

Surrounded by street vendors selling their merchandise usually clothes, but no restaurants nearby; had to buy from food trucks parked outside the hotel. The room is clean with some electrical outlets not working, just stayed for a day so it didn’t bother me a lot

The pictures posted is nothing like the actual place. It’s run down and dirty, needs a remodel. You get better bang for your buck elsewhere.

The hotel is so old and my room smelled bad. The staff wasn't friendly. One of the staff who was a middle-age man worked in FO raised his voice with us when we tried to ask about ice, unacceptable attitude. Then the ice wasn't for free but around 10 dollars.

Average hotel. A little rundown. Decent location to access Great Mount, Grand Palace, etc. Nice pool area and fitness center. Breakfast buffet had a decent, varied selection. We paid $50 a night for a suite and I thought it was well worth that price.

Die Zimmer waren schmutzig und ziemlich heruntergekommen. Handtücher wurden selten mal gewechselt. Wir hatten am ersten Abend eine Scharbe im Badezimmer. Für ein, zwei Nächte ist es in Ordnung, doch länger würde ich dort nicht mehr bleiben.

Very good location, first time here in Bangkok and found the place to be very convenient for transport (tuktuk etc). 7/11 close by for everyday consciences. We also got the large executive suite which was huge and a lot more than we expected. Would highly recommend this hotel.

On a positive the hotel was clean, the common areas luxurious looking and the breakfast offered a large selection of dishes. The desk staff were efficient but not particularly friendly or welcoming. We asked the concierge desk about things to do in Bangkok but once they realised we weren’t buying an excursion were dismissive & unhelpful, the same when we wanted to book a taxi & not use the hotel car which was double the price. Our rooms were dated & depressing due to the fact the windows were so dirty we couldn’t see out. Little in walking distance that we found, but as I stated the hotel weren’t helpful with this. I wouldn’t recommend or stay here again

At check in, it was as if the staff had not been expecting hotel guests!? A little bizarre and not because of a language barrier. The hotel boasts multiple eateries and a nice bar to gaze across the Bangkok skyline…it was never open and when asked, the staff acted as though I was asking for a a lunar landing! The buildings are old and that is not a huge issue but the hot water wasn’t working at one point and the air in the building did not seem to be on or working. Unfortunately, it was not a great stay although most of the staff who I engaged with were kind and trying to be helpful.

The hotel is spacious and with free parking but old. The toilet has a damp smell. The plug was not enough. There is no signages to tell where the main lobby is and staff can hardly speak English which take us longer time to find the lobby and check in.
